Not the typical self-help book. Goggins' style is direct and very useful for actually waking up and starting to live your life to the fullest, embracing the pain that will make you grow. It even has some touches of psychology and philosophy that I personally loved. Obligatory read if you're looking for some inspiration! Stay hard ;)

this book is so good to read. I love the content as I can relate to it. Another great book that everyone should read and have on the bookshelf...this man is amazing....it makes me want to do better, be better....
