The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. It is made out of gelatine so won’t be suitable for vegetarians or vegans. You are getting 100 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 3 months. Pretty good value for money at under a tenner and with 500 mg in each one capsule serving. You get a decent expiry date of over 2 years so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider if you don’t mind the gelatine.

I take a broad spectrum of supplements daily. I have a small bowl of tablets and capsules to get through. Ease of swallowing is therefore a VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR for me. I find these CAPSULES (see pic) EASY TO SWALLOW despite their size. Getting them down is much easier than tablets because they are not at all powdery. They are not ‘dry’ in the mouth. This is why I usually prefer capsules.In the interest of curiosity (and I’m not recommending this) I allowed one to stay in my mouth to see what would happen. It did NOT QUICKLY DISINTEGRATE. It was not unpleasant. I then chewed it up. The powder inside and the remains of the capsule formed a pasty mass. THE TASTE WAS FAIRLY INTENSE and very reminiscent of doing woodwork. I’d say the stuff is exactly what you might expect tree bark to taste like in flavour. I was able to tolerate it. I didn’t spit it out. I allowed my mouth to clear without recourse to washing it down with a drink. It was bearable but really not something I’d choose to do on a daily basis.I quite like the wide mouthed bottle that these capsules come in. Convenient.I hope these opinions and observations are helpful.

Cats claw supplement has many health benefits, this is a good supply of 100 capsules , they are easy to swallow with a drink of water , a good quality storage tub too.I was interested in the anti inflammatory and immune system benefits that cats claw gives , but there are many more health benefits too.A good 3 months supply of cats claw taking one capsule a day , I suffer with joint flares and inflammatory illnesses so I'm hoping this will have an effect on me over time.It's easy to take , no horrible smell or taste so ill continue to finish the tub , so far so good.It seems pretty good value too , laboratory tested full spectrum cats claw supplement, over 3 months supply for less than £10.

I will always recommend that you research a supplement thoroughly before taking it. I suggest places like WebMD to begin with, rather than blogs which I find can have inaccurate information.Cat's Claw appears to have a few uses and, from what I have read anecdotally, can be a very powerful supplement!This isn't something that I will be taking every day - rather one for when / if it's needed.It seems to be effective as well on the immune system. But this can lead to issues as well with certain conditions.Research this one carefully. Effective supplements are effective for reason.Five Stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍
