I use for chip basket and get crispy chips

I bought this previously, and reviewed - with comments (as below) and decided to buy again, to share with others.Product is very good, but this time the price has doubled - due to the Coronavirus [apparently]. Not so good at twice the price though.I simply selected 'buy again' in my previous orders but only got one instead of two baskets. Contacted the supplier, and was advised this was due to alternative supplier.Disappointed - things like this should be vetted, in particular during times like this. Normally, if there is any difference in price, Amazon state the increase or decrease, but NOT in the quantity [a tadd underhand move?].Original review:This is a very good 'basket' for fries, chips, hash-browns, etc in the oven or grill.No need to to turn halfway through cooking, just place the basked direct onto your oven shelf - cooks all around (however, I suggest putting a tray on the bottom of the oven to catch any 'drips' if there are any.Perfect size for normal portions (2-3).For the price (and you get 2) - great product; no idea how long it lasts, but at this price I'd probably just order up again.

Really good makes lovely chips

The tray was a little smaller than i was expecting (to be fair i probably should have checked the size measurements!) And it feels not quite as stable.. but.. it dies the trick! And it's cheap!

Replacement for our very old grill mat. Inexpensive answer for cooking oven chips, chicken goujons etc. Use a rigid tray as these mats are not rigid!

When this arrived i must say that the size disappointed me - it was smaller than expected.That said, rather then send back we used a couple fo time and now think its brilliant.It does cook chips and such quickernone of them ever stickAnd it is big enough to feed a family of 4 including 2 growing lads and perhaps maybe it also helps with portion control :)

I often buy these and had assumed I was buying the same one I usually get but this one is really quite small. You’d be lucky to get more than 2 portions of chips on this. The ones I usually get are larger.
