Fun and modern sound-proofing for my trumpet player husband that looks nice!!
Being married to a trumpet player, we have had all kinds of “sound proofing” in our room, including ugly pegboard and packing foam. These not only look very nice and modern, but he has been super impressed by how well they sound-proof! No reverberation at all now when he practices in there, and I am happy because they look so modern and fun! The only issue we had at first is that we tried to mount them with normal scotch double-sided tape and they didn’t hold. You need to get some actual “mounting tape” (we got the Gorilla brand) and they hold up just fine! We love these and will absolutely be buying more if he wants to sound-proof any other rooms!!

Barn Quilt Design Wall
Combining my love of barn quilts with my need for a large design wall… BAM!This is the first thing I see every time I walk into my quilt studio. I either see my size HUGE barn quilt or a quilt I’m working on. LIFE IS GOOD!A quilt design wall is normally covered with flannel. Quilt blocks in progress can easily stick to the wall without using pins because of the gripping power of flannel. The problem with a flannel design wall is it's always covered with stray threads.Using acoustical tiles as my design wall, I knew I'd have to use pins. I'm A-ok with that. Since the tiles are made of dense material, I chose these pins to mount my quilt blocks: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VXN77S6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1These acoustical tiles are very easy to cut. Since the pattern I created requires a bunch of half-square triangles, all I used was a long ruler and a box cutter. I made my cut on the backs of the tiles as the front of the tiles have a clean beveled edge I wanted to preserve. Once the acoustical tiles are cut, I used 2-way tape to mount to the wall:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09MLRHC8M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1The hardest part of this project is settling on the star I wanted to create and choosing the color. I'm absolutely giddy about this project turned out. I love the multiple functions of this barn quilt design wall. Rustic art. Sound absorbing. Functional wall. Just pure joy! I have some extra tiles, another wall and a whole bunch of imagination. The possibilities are endless!

Incorrect product dimensions - but excellent customer service
Update: Ekkogo customer service reached out explaining that there was an issue with some existing stock and are working with me to get the correct tiles shipped out. Excellent customer service for sure! I'll update again once we receive the new tiles. As I had previously mentioned, the product is of good quality and looks great, so based on their customer service I'm bumping my review to four stars.I ordered four colors of this product hoping to create a sound dampened accent wall in my office. The 70's Orange, Cloud Gray, Pebbel Gray, and Deep Black were all true-ish to the advertised dimensions of 10"x12". It's a bit unclear from the product pictures, but the tiles should be 12"x10" from where the beveled edge starts. In reality, these were 11.5"x10", BUT they were consistent for all of the colors listed above. I then ordered a package of Dark Gray tiles, and started to plan out the pattern on the wall only to discover gaps. After measuring the Dark Gray tiles, they are 12"x10.5"... making them useless to create a seamless pattern.I returned the first set of Dark Gray tiles hoping for a replacement that was the correct size. Unfortunately, the replacement was the same size and again could not be used. I don't know if this was a bad batch and I got a replacement from the same stock, or if the Dark Gray was somehow cut incorrectly. In either case, I can't use these to complete the project. I'd happily give five stars if these were the correct size - they are lightweight, feel well put together, and the colors look great.

Cool design. Easy to put up.
Now I didn't purchase these to soundproof anything, but for the look they gave. With so many colors, you can make a cool design. The are very light so it took minimal tape to hang them. 5 Stars from me.

No discernable difference in podcast audio quality
These look great, and were easy to hang with command strips, but five packs of 12 didn't make any discernable impact on the quality of audio recordings for my podcasts, nobody could tell any difference at all in echo reduction. I use expensive equipment, but have a bit of an echo issue due to acoustics in my home. These didn't help.I'm not sure if these are just too thin to help (they're maybe 1/4 inch thick), if I needed more than 60 in a small room (seemed like a lot, but who knows?), or what, but they weren't the answer.Maybe they work better for ambient noise than recording? I could see that being the case.

Purple was amazing
Vibrant color. Was able to use command strips to attach to my apartment wall. Muffled my neighbor dog. I didn't expect full canceling from other side but works well enough I would buy again.

BUY THESE Very good at reducing sound
The pic isn’t the best but these panels were easy to cut and absolutely absorb a ton of sound when I applied them to my studio door. A+ buy, as advertised, want more. Oh, mount with hot glue or adhesive. Double sided tape 100% will not stick to the panels.

Actually works!
We put these up in our kid’s music practice area and they do a good job at increasing sound quality for them/reducing the noise around the room. The feel quality and look really nice. For the price, I wish they included mounting tape but I needed this specific green so rolled with it.These are felt/fabric so remember that in choosing mounting tape/glue cause they’ll just fall right off a lot of stuff. However you want to mount, I usually mount these on poster board first and never directly to the wall.

Look good!
It's hard to say how much these help dampen sound but they must help a little! I just like that they aren't as hideous as so many other options for sound dampening. They install just great with two-way tape - I think I got 3M brand and put 5 little pieces on each square. I used a laser level to hang them. They also cut very easily and cleanly with a ruler and box cutter.

Buen producto, solo que es muy delgado y no es de espuma.

Effective
These sound panels did the trick in our in-home music studio. It dampened the sound and were easy to install. They come in a variety of great colours and you can’t beat the price!! I highly commend them.

Good product
They showed up exactly as pictured online, and they were easy to mount with some double sided tape. I think they've made a bit of a difference in my office, which had quite an echo before. I'll be buying another pack to extend the covered area.

Colour Not true To Ad
I am very grateful for this product as it has every single quality that I was looking for but I’m very disappointed because this is not yellow it is not the yellow that is shown in the photo. This is more like orange. Thank you just the same!
