The media could not be loaded. I'm really happy with our purchase. The trampoline is huge. We upgraded from 10ft, to 14. I might have underestimated how big 14ft was going to be. It's huge 😂 our old 10ft next to this looks like a tiny toddler trampoline.I read one of the top reviews on here saying lasted nearly a decade, that sold it for me. Our last one we've had 5 years and was due an upgrade as kids getting bigger!Really easy to follow instructions, step by step.It took two of us 6 hours to build. The quality is very professional. It has a zip and also the secure straps that clip.Easily fitting 6 kids on with much more space, the delivery came in 3 boxes. Unfortunately some of the foam padding has been damaged in transit so I'll have to contact customer services but the remaining quality is superb. (edit to say, contacted customer services, replacement sent same day, absolutely brilliant service.)I'd highly recommend, price was a little more than I'd hoped to have paid but upon receiving I'm genuinely now, very happy I did purchase from here instead of cheaper alternative.The bounce on the mattress is really great. As expected, and even the adults have had great fun!10/10

Extremely well made and durable. I am well over 120kgs and it handled me and a few kids at full bounce. I underestimated how big 14ft was, it is blooming big… I used to have a big garden!6 hours to build entirely by myself, not difficult, theres just alot of it! Surpringly light once built too. I moved it from one end of the garden to the other by myself without difficulty. No need to buy retaining straps or any tools as it comes with everything you need. Shame it doesn’t come with the winter cover included.

Our grandchildren have loved this trampoline very sturdy took an afternoon to put together but definitely worth the money..

Great trampoline seemed really sturdy and came together relatively easily. Sadly a bracket did break after only a few months, but these things happen with any product, and their customer service has been excellent. Once they established what was required, replacement parts and spares were sent straight out, and the trampoline was back to full use again within a week of the break. Excellent service, and hopefully a faulty part, not a reoccurring issue - time will tell.

I bought the 8ft diameter trampoline. Came in two boxes. Largest box is quite heavy but I managed to load it into the car and lift it onto the outside bench. Petite men & women may struggle on their own.Contents of both boxes were well packaged to avoid damage. All fittings were individually packaged and clearly marked. It comes with its own combined Allen key/Phillips head screw driver tool and a spanner. I’d recommend using your own Phillips screwdriver though to get better purchase on the screw heads.It was simple enough to build providing you follow the clear instructions to the letter and don’t try to skip ahead. Recommend you don’t try and build it during Storm Hannah like I did!It took me 30mins to build the main base ring and feet on my own.It took me 20 mins to fit the jumping sheet & springs (using the hook tool provided) and to tie on the outer edge cushion. It’s important to follow the spring position fitting guide to avoid twisting the frame.It took me approx 20mins to assemble and fit the upper support ring for the net. I’d recommend a helping hand at this point. You have to assemble 3 flexible metal rods into an 8m (25ft) long pole then feed it into the top of the net into a circle. You need some space to do this and take your time. You have to gently feed in to avoid catching the pole joints on the netting and tearing it.Once the netting has been put up on the poles the netting needs to be “stitched” to the outer ring pad using the long laces provided into the pre-made holes in the netting. There’s one every inch. This is quite fiddly and very time consuming. It took me over 1 hour to do this on my own. However, it is very secure when finished.Final stage, took 5 mins to build and attach the non-slip steps.Overall, I’m very pleased with the design and build quality. Kids have tested it and they’re very secure inside. Time will tell if it weathers as well as the Amazon description suggested.Only minor gripe was the delivery. I had specifically stated on the order for the delivery company to call me 30 mins before delivery to ensure I’d be in. They didn’t and it was taken to the nearest Yodel collection point. Worse still the ‘missed delivery note’ was not filled out properly by the driver and it was a nightmare dealing with Yodels automated call centre. But once I spoke to a human we were able to track the package. That took an extra 20 mins. Luckily the depot was just around the corner from work for me to pick up.

Flipping amazing! OK...so there's an endless lockdown happening. Note to self - next time order something like this before everyone else does. This trampoline was like platinum plated rare breed dragon poop. Out of stock from here to Mars. Various other (never knowing undersold) retailers promised to get them in stock in a week. They lied. Still out of stock. I was reading a review on another random site (bit pointless as out of stock) when I noticed that it said Amazon would have a small stock of these on a particular day at a particular time. Weird but...I did look at Amazon & good gracious - back in stock. As fast as I added to the basket it vanished. Eventually after cursing the gods of online shopping, the 10 foot size stayed present long enough to order. Wanted the 8 foot but anything would do under 12 foot. I was dubious - there was a 2 week delivery time. However...ordered on a Monday - arrived 4 days later on the Thursday. Quite unexpected. Reasonably easy to build, just time consuming. Better with 2 of you especially when lacing the net to the mat. The offspring is delighted with it. We could use it as it will take the weight of an adult (not at the rate I keep eating chocolate though) . Really amazed at the fast shipping. Excellent quality, very sturdy. Good strong zip on the net & comes with a ladder which is helpful if you're somewhat vertically challenged.
