I had no idea what to get my foster son for his 6th birthday but browsing through Amazon I came across this. It looked ideal and had lots of positive reviews. At the time it was not available for delivery before his birthday but there was one available in Amazon Warehouse next day so I went for it. I was a little concerned at the state of the (re)packaging and there was a bolt missing but I was able to find one that did the job.I was very impressed with the design and build quality. I wanted to make sure it would be suitable before his birthday so I had my 27 year old slim and relatively light son test it out the night before the little one's birthday. My son was bowled over with it so much so that he is desperate to find an adult size one for himself!I can honestly say that this was the perfect birthday present; my little one absolutely loves it. It took him a while to get used to it and build up his confidence but he soon started to master drifting and spinning. The way it spins means that is can be used in a surprisingly small space. It is a joy to hear him laughing and squealing as he races about and does donuts on our patio.I was a little unsure whether he would be big enough to ride it; he is quite tall for his age but the description states 8+. I would say that he is just big enough for it, and smaller and I think it would be difficult to control properly. As you can imagine with him being so light the thing really flies but the low center of gravity means it is very stable and is unlikely to tip over. It charges within a few hours and lasts a good 30-40 minutes but as it is so exhilarating he tends to play for 5 to 10 minutes at a time so it lasts throughout the day.One of the best birthday presents I have ever bought, I already have another one put away for my grandson for Christmas as he could not get over the thrill of riding it. I wish they did one big enough for my 6'4" large frame!

These are brilliant fun and really well made. Fun for kids and adults. However you do be need to be about 5fiot to really benefit from this scooter.

First grandson loved it so much that I had to order another one for second grandson!The only reason I didn't give 5* is that the charge doesn't last as long as the boys would likeThe first arrived with an American charger not compatible with UK sockets which was a trauma but the seller is sending one. Luckily when the the second one arrived a few days later, it had a Uk charger so apart from the tug of war over this - all great. Lots of admiring looks and questions from passers by

1st review ever anywhere and that's because it's so good. Bought over 10 months ago for the little ones 5-7 and it was an instant success. Easy and quick to put together, excellent quality throughout, and probably the best toy we've ever bought. Since then the trikes had over 18 hrs use and I've not touched it once to fix anything. Battery lasts up to 50 minutes and charges in around the same time. All in all it's a fantastic fun toy....just wish I was smaller!!

It has very heavy and quality material, appreciate that. However it is extremely slow. Worse than other cheap Chinese ones. Cathc the speed only downhill. It has no any speed level like a gear. The seat and leg room ok.

This is a great product. It’s very well made, my 7 year old is enjoying it very much. So far he’s not depleted the battery despite having a good half an hour or more on it each time. It also doesn’t seem to take long to charge, certainly not the 12 hours it says in the manual. It’s quite possible to have at least two trips out on it per day.

Product was good to put together charged okay but wen my little boy had hes first time on it it went so slow no were near the speed its meant too little boy was so disappointed and so was I wen I message the company they ask me to send it back rapped as it come or wont get money back I didn't keep the box as thought was on fine till he rid it 😬
