Highly recommend for Muscle aches and pains. Have used this for about a year now and being old it really helps with minor pains.

I find the Arnica gel a better product than the Arnica cream. It absorbs more quickly, and I think is more effective in helping bruising.The price on Amazon is cheaper than I can get on the High Street. The product was packaged adequately, and arrived in a reasonable time period.

Arnica gel is brilliant unfortunately the delivery was once again hopeless. Delivery was made to the bottom step of the staircase leading to my flat in full view of the outside world, no knock on the door, nothing to say it was delivered until the delivery confirmation appeared in my emails. I am fed up with this happening please sort it out.

The Arnica properties are good. But it never dries. Even after leaving my leg uncovered for 1 hour my trouser sticks to my knee. Will move to a different cream next time I have a sprain
