A must have for every diabetic patient. Once the gel pack is frozen, it lasts upto 10 to 11 hours. I used in road journey of 11 hours. It kept the insulin cold for all the time.

It leaks and can't keep it cold for more than 6-7 hours in total as the ice pack starts melting and can't keep frozen in it.Below average product.
