Prevent Snoring Neck Brace, Chin Strap for Nighttime Sleep Improvement

If you like to feel like you’re choking while trying to sleep, this does a good job. It is surprisingly uncomfortable too. What a bargain!

I haven't reviewed an amazon product in a long time but I had to let people know how amazing this product is. I have been mouth taping for a while and couldn't find the right tape for me. It either didn't stick throughout the night, or it gave me eczema. I decided to try this and it works wonders. The material isn't uncomfortable, it's not too tight (I am extremely claustrophobic), and it works! It gives my jaw something to rest against so it doesn't hang open and it definitely promotes nose breathing. I am a back and side sleeper and it supports me in any position. My only complaint is that I couldn't purchase it amazon prime so it took weeks to get to me. Totally worth it though, I just ordered two more so there's one for my husband and a back up one in case we lose one.

I found it to be too stiff and also has a rough material on it that was bothersome. I wanted it to work, but it just didn’t for me. I think if the material was more like silk or something a lot softer, it might have worked.

Im sorry because there is a factory in China where people work very hard to produce what they are told to make. However it is substandard in every possible way.1) Fabric. I’ve used pot scrubbers that were softer. This is the same material sewn to the back of some dish cloths used for hard scrubbing.2) Foam insert. The foam is stiff and too big. Your head will tilt backwards because of it and there is no give in the cushion to be able to compress it.3) Design. The strap barely goes around my neck and my neck is barely 15-½ inches. The hook & loop fabric that does meet does not engage enough to hold the strap in place.Does no one in China try this on for comfort or fit? They must issue it to people being punished for something!I will be returning this as soon as this review is done.

If you have short neck like mine and snoring every night, it’s worth for trying. At least my husband approved! I like materials and feelings on my skin. It’s not soft materials but I think hold my jaw very well because of this material. It won’t create heat. I wore this in hot humid summer time no problem. I m 5’1” tall petite size 6. So, i don’t recommend this to people with bigger body sizes. I hope this manufacturer will come up different sizes one day.

There’s no way this can put pressure on your chin enough to keep mouth closed. Maybe if you’re a wee fella, not for me.

I've been using the chin straps that go from your chin to around the top of your head. Besides being uncomfortable it caused three sores on my scalp and it still lets me breath through my mouth. Tried the neck brace in desperation and it works great for me. It's more comfortable and stopped me from breathing through my mouth.
