How do I stop my cakes from crumbling with this?

i don't know if this will help,but what i do is usually put a bit more than is required in the mixture so that it is very thick and add it to my cake mixture and this has help to prevent my cake from crumbling,hope this will help.

Whats it like scrambled?

It clearly stipulates in directions (above).... "cannot be used to make scrambled, boiled, poached or fried eggs". So unfortunately, no, you can't use it for scrambled :(

Could this be used to make quiche?

I don’t think so. I’ve used it in cakes and pancakes but I haven’t tried it in quiche. It isn’t as good as egg though. I only use it to bake for my grandson who has a severe egg allergy.
