Is this self seal and is it made of silicone?

I'm not sure what it's made of, but if you use the attachment on a Camelbak there is a valve switch that you can turn on/off to seal it. Just the attachment on its own is not self seal.

Is this compatible with camelbak?

Yes although there is a possibility that is may depend on how old your Camelbak is. I bought a new 2l bladder the tube is a little wider.

Does this fit the eddy water bottle?

No. You need the eddy bite Valves
