China.. the parts in the product i received were the incorrect size and it would not assemble

Q: It didn’t come with assembly instructions. Is there one online?

It has a list of parts. It uses numbers to differentiate the pieces, but it takes some time to figure out how it goes together. Once my husband figured out how to do it, he was able to continue with the assembly. If you do not have patience to put this thing together, don't bother with it. But, if you do, this is a nice rack that has features we really like.. Good luck!

Q: Can this be left outdoors? Water proof?

There is nothing on the box or instructions that indicates it is waterproof. I am sure if you left it outside,over time it would rust and break.
