I love this, it's a great value electroltye balancing solution. Super quality product from the Salt Lakes of Utah. Lasts ages. I would fully recommend.

I like the taste ( a bit salty) however I'm not sure if this helps with crams as I still get them and feel muscle tension.

I used it in Thailand and I didn't have any issues with my electorlites, which I usually have when I'm sweeting a lot.
