toss em up stair case and both cats love trying to catch them. just enough bounce to keep interest and not terrify them. I wouldn't give them to kids under the age of 7 because by the time they know NOT to put them in their mouth, ( maybe at age 5 depending on your parenting abilities and cooperation of kids. They will hit the stage of how Hard can I throw this, break something if not monitored. Dogs I wouldn't let play choking hazard, but for a cat they're too big to really try and chew on, they just chase it.

Update: The seller offered me a full refund based on this review. I declined because the order was filled as placed, and I accept some risk of not being impressed with a product I am purchasing online. The cost was low, and the kids I gave the bouncy balls to (these were used in a kids’ birthday party game) didn’t notice or care that they were subpar. I’ll add a star to the review for the attention the seller paid to this situation.The designs aren’t as cute as the ones on the picture, and the seams are very obvious and sloppy looking. They protrude considerably, so that each ball looks more like a ringed planet than a smooth sphere. Overall, these are just ok. You can get better ones from the grocery store gumball machine.

Just what I wanted!

Bought these fir part of end of year for students on bus. They absolutely loved them. They were a big hit. Will get them for next year. Price was good for the count.These were for grades K through 6

Some good ones, a bunch of not very bouncy ones. Those with a solid swirl pattern just aren't bouncy.
