Easy to assemble, and everything worked out of the box, other than needing a AAA battery for the display.It started making a faint pulsing noise after about 5 minutes of use. The noise would go away when you went backwards, then returned again when going forward after a few seconds. Then it just seized up. Removed the display to shine a light in to see what is wrong and the flywheel come off of the bearing.I got in contact with the seller and will adjust my review depending on their suggestions. It's a shame, it was really quiet and smooth for the first 5 minutes.Update: After chatting by email, the seller sent me a new unit, and this one seems to work great so far. Runs smooth, and with low noise. I put the lube at the joints, and that seemed to help more.The tension seems to need adjustment to keep it tensioned. Looks like it's just a chunk of felt pressed against the flywheel, and as that is compressed you need to compress it more.It could also use a backlight to read the display. It's under the desk, which doesn't have much light to see what category is being shown on it. The number itself is large enough to read, the categories are tiny little texts.But it does what I want it to...keep my legs from turning into noodles from working at a desk 8-12 hours a day. It probably deserves closer to 3.5 stars, but I will give them a half star for sending out a replacement for the defective unit I received.

Resistance adjuster stopped working in about 6 months. Then the noise came. Disappointed, I feel it should have lasted much longer at that price.

Super impressed with this. It's a very heavy and substantial piece. Definitely not going anywhere once it's put in place and while I'm using it. Assembly instructions lacked specificity so I had to re-do a couple items which was frustrating - those could definitely be improved. The equipment makes absolutely no sound when being used so no need to worry about that. Definitely worth the money! Highly recommend.

I bought this little guy and then left it in the box for 9 months. I finally stopped procrastinating, put it together (easily, might I add), and got to pedaling. It's so quiet, and easy to use. One negative: I chose this one because the description said I could use it standing up. I thought I would only use it standing up, but It is basically impossible to use. But it works great sitting down on the couch watching my programs and playing my games. It is almost better that it doesn't work standing up because I might constantly put off using it. But... sitting down a while, I start thinking, oh yeah. Let me just move this over here and do this while I watch this show. And it's been lovely. I can feel the muscles toning up. And I don't feel like such a tub o lard.

I love this little elliptical and you can't beat it for the price. I work from home and I am at my desk all day. I use this to.get some type of movement. I getting one for my 70 year old mom. And considering it fir my 9 year old son with ADHD to do during his virtual classes thinking it might work like wuggle seats do.Pros1. Easy to assemble2. Quite, my coworkers can't hear it when I am on a call (but see cons)3. You can stand up on it for a workout. For standing you have to flip the machine around the other way to be in a stable position (my 14 year old figured that out...ha!)4. Like the handle for moving around.5. Its smooth range of motion for an little home machine.Cons1. It does squeak after use randomly. Always in a different place. I solve this by keeping some WD40 on hand and spray wear I hear the squeaks and that fixes the squeak.2. The give you oil/grease but do tell what it is for.3. Instructions didn't tell how to use standing up.

It doesn't fit under my 'work from home' desk but love off to the side.....easy access. Quality piece of equipment.

I used this under my dining room table throughout working from home. No one noticed over video chat that I was using it. It was a great way to release anxiety sitting in meetings. It can be used standing up as well but is a bit bulky to be moving around often. It did not work for my husband under his desk because of the height and his knees hitting the table.

The media could not be loaded.  It was double boxed and sticker labeled heavy outside the box. It was much bigger than I expected. Bit pricey. When I opened it I didnt know what belong where so I YouTube the model name and followed the instructions. It feels pretty sturdy it wont slip. I can still hear a little bit of roller sound especially on the right wheel. When I tried to pedal while standing up it wont smoothly roll. It keeps get stuck and even when I twist turn the knob to tighten it up or loosen it up it doesnt make any difference. Its bit pricey to use just for sitting down.. as this was described it can support up to 300lbs I had too much expectation that this will work smoothly. The numbers displayed on screen are triple a battery operated and the number seems to change awfully fast (almost feels like it really isn't accurate). If it wasnt for delivery guys help to get to the door I wouldn't been able to carry this box myself. Its bit huge so be aware. Once you take it out of the box it is not that big but it has weight. For man it wont matter.

AmazingPro-tip: Don't judge this product after just having used it barefoot. If you wear jogging shoes while using it's is a much nicer experience. It's sturdy, provides a smooth experience, and is great using whilst standing up or sitting down.Another Pro-Tip: I can't guarantee people are meant to do it this way, but it feels right to me personally, when I use it standing up the knob is facing away from me (I.e the LCD screen is upside-down), and when I use it sitting down, the knob is facing me (I.e. the LCD screen is the right way up). When I used this device standing up with the LCD screen being the right way up, it felt weird.

This was great for two months - convenient and easy to use standing or sitting.After two months, the following problems developed:- there was no resistance regardless of the setting- a loud, creaking noise developed and we couldn't locate the problem or fix itI contacted the company and they asked for photos and videos three times (which I already sent). They delayed responding and after 6 months, still nothing.Don't spend the money on this model. It's useless after just two months.
