Great eyeliner
I use this for the inner eye rim that is wet. This eyeliner works well even on the wet inner rim. It lasts a few hours.

My favorite white eyeliner
I have tried a number of white eyeliner pencils and this one is by far the best as far as consistency and staying power. I’ve worn my old one down to a sliver (lasts a really long time) and tossed all the other brands I tried.

IMO these are much better than Laura Geller Kajal liners and much better price.

Awful
I've used rimmel products before, but this was bad! Not sure if the eyeliner itself or the shipping conditions. The packaging was ok / arrived on time but the eyeliner was not soft, kind of dry and crumbly, broke quickly as soon as I try using it no matter how gently i pressed, and broke every time I sharpened it.

Waxy, new formula or?
This eyeliner is extremely waxy when compared to an eyeliner I had to toss due to pink eye (ugh, gotta love being a teacher!). I am rather disappointed concerning coverage and how long it lasts. Either Rimmel changed their formula, or this isn’t actually Rimmel. Just sayin’, but I’ve used this brand for years.
