Considering the price point, if you need some simple ear defenders for occasional use then these are a good option. Lightweight, comfortable on the ears and adjustable headband. Ideal.

The sound protection is excellent. The fit is snug and feels almost airtight, blocking out a great deal of noise.They are adjustable to tighten / ease the pressure on your head, but even at the loosest setting they are still too tight to wear for longer than twenty minutes or so at a time.

Brilliant noise reduction good value for the money

I occasionally these for studying and they block out sound well enough that I don't get distracted by people talking around me.My main complaint is that these press VERY tightly against my ears. After around an hour they become extremely uncomfortable and my ears get hot and sweaty.Overall they serve their purpose and are not bad for the price. If ordering again I would definitely get a model with a little more flexibility in the headband or ability to adjust the fit.
