Better made than expected.Great size.Useful cups.Bright clean looking real copper.I boil then filter tap water before storing in this jug.Water from this copper jug tastes very light and moreish.

I drink a lot of water and have been filtering with brita, and also buying bottled water,for years. I recently concluded I wanted to make sure I was getting the best health benefits (I am now into my 40's) on this so I read up on ph values, reverse osmosis etc and all the costs of different options to ensure I am drinking affordable but good clean water with a ph of 7-8 (recommended as neutral and the best for human consumption) without relocating to the alps ! I read about copper and the benefits of decanting water and letting it sit to absorb the copper, and how it may cure / stave off arthritis, cancer and much more and I decided I was going to give it a shot. There are both these cruel diseases in my family and I am truly hoping neither come to me, though I feel like I am a little arthritic in some joints but it's not crippling thank goodness. Anyway, here goes, my first foray into drinking from the copper water receptacles and so far the water tastes great. Some folks have not enjoyed the taste of the copper infused water, I read, but I really like it so far, slightly sweet and tangy, almost earthly and feels good somehow. Clearly it's early days so I have yet to discover what abundance of energy and vitality others have experienced but I'm extremely hopeful. As for the job and 2 glasses / cups - they look good aren't too heavy and were easy to wash in some eco washing up liquid and hot water, they dried themselves and I decanted right away... the only slight gripe is the lid was a bit misshapen and I have to fiddle to get it to go back on but once on, you can pour via the small spout. It holds about 2 litres I think which is great. So ching ching, or clunk clunk, here's to a better life !!!

It does what is intended to do, however it does not look as nice in the picture, mine arrived with many dents in the cups and jug, too much effort and expensive to send back, the lid is a battle to get on and off so keep it half loose on top. Would recommend it for the volume this is the reason i went with this model as opposed to another prettier looking set.

Very good purchase, excellent quality and delivery without passing through the annoying customs. The items came right to my door, and I started drinking water kept over night in them.Very pleased with the Amazon service. Thank you.

Item received over six weeks later. Jug has a leak at the point handle riveted to side of jug which prevents storage of water which renders product unfit for purpose. The two beakers were rammed together unable to separate. When reported to Crocker and Waller no response at all. Altogether a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Poor quality item and even poorer customer service with a wait of over six weeks - not to be recommended.

Good value for money, pretty glass design but leaks where the handle is joined.stillUsing it but 1/4 filled only.

Not sure why people are ranting about this but this is authenic . Smells like copper, looks like copper, definitely makes copper water. Sure there might be a few black marks on the inside after a little usage or upon buying but this happens with copper. Can be cleaned v easily using lemon I think. Also, the jug and cups have a real 'From India' feel to them. Not a 'From walmart'.

Received promptly and looks really nice / like the photo. However, the lid was not a good fit at all, so it took a long time and some force to get it on, and then even longer to get it off again with a tool - which means there are now marks around the edge plus, it will only ever sit half on now which renders having a secure lid for pouring pointless. I'm unsure if it is 100% pure copper as seems rather hard, and my understanding is that pure copper is quite soft....but I can't be sure of that and hope it is pure copper and therefore safe to drink from!

Zu dem Kupferkrug ein paar Anmerkungen für jene die keine Lust auf mangelhafte Ware haben.1. Die Abmaße stimmen, wenn man den Deckes mit einbezieht, genau. Was jedoch wiederum die Füllmengenangabe betrifft, wurde hier deutlich übertrieben. Ohne Deckel, bis zum Rand aufgefüllt, passen knapp 1,5 Liter, oder 1489 Gramm Wasser ( bei +10 Grad Celsius Wassertemperatur) hinein. Fehlmenge 0,5 Liter, waqs einer Abweichung von 25 % bedeutet!2. Der Griff wurde nicht an der Krugkörperwand gelötet, sonder durch die Wand genietet. Ergebnis: Der Krug ist undicht und verliert Wasser in geringen Mengen, aber nach ein paar Stunden hat man grüner Flecke auf dem Tisch. Eine Unterlage muß sein und wird mit der Zeit also grün!3. Die Falz des griffes außen und die Nieten des Griffes sind unsauber gearbeitet. An den scharfen Stellen schneidet man sich schnell die Finger und Geschirrhandtücher sollten besser alte sein, die man fast wegwerfen würde, weil sie beim Abtrocknen an den Nieten reißen!Nun war der Preis nicht besonders hoch, aber wenn ich mir deshalb eine Neue, bessere kaufen muss, ist es eine unnötige Ausgabe und dient lediglich als Erfahrung, um daraus seine Lehre zu ziehen.

Je viens de recevoir l'article.Au premier coup d'oeil j'ai été agréablement surpris.Cependant première déception, un des verre présente un défaut et est légèrement fissuré à 1 petit cm du bord en haut.Ce qui fait qu'il fuit si l'on boit sur ce bord.Ensuite Il y a des étiquettes sur la carafe et les verres.J'ai fait longuement trempé les ustensiles pour les décoller et malgré cela impossible de retirer la colle.J'ai fini par utiliser de l'Acétone (Pas bon).Bref même à l'acétone ça a été une grosse galère pour retirer la colle et l'emplacement des étiquettes reste légèrement visible par une petite différence de tinte et de patine.De plus, à force frotter, (malgré une éponge douce) ça à un peu rayé le cuivre.L'ensemble est plutôt léger et j'ai des doutes sur la qualité du cuivre.À voir dans le temps comment il réagit....
