The name says Track and Field shoes, but can these be used as volleyball shoes?

Yes, I use them solely for volleyball and they have a very good grip on the gym floor. They’re a little more on the heavy side, but they still work wonderfully for volleyball.

Is this a men’s shoe or women’s? Description mentions both!!!????

This is a men's size. But i have women's and men's. Good shoes)
