Loose fit uniform pants that look like dress pants.
I wear Cintas uniforms... and like EVERYONE at work says...including me.... uniform pants seems to be sized 1 step down from jeans... I wear a 38x32 jeans and they fit great... so I have 38x32 Cintas uniform pants and they fit like 36x32.....not very roomy but fit....attempts to loose weight and or get larger pants failed because the uniform guy shows up at 6am...and is gone by the time I get to work...so I bought a few of these to get me by.. until I see the uniform guy...I ordered 40x32 Dickies Loose fit pants.... Loose fit.... These arrived and fit as expected....the size 40 fit me like a 38 jean...HOWEVER the loose fit gives me a bit more room in the leg, which is nice...the double knee is nice....it is a 7x7 inch patch of fabric sewn on top of the knee..not really noticable, but nice.... the belt loops are small....like 1 1/2 inch wide....and the loops are wide, which keeps the belt in place.the pants closure is a dress pant like metal slide, not a button..the feel, the look is all quality.the pockets are nice, and the pocket lining is thicker than normal dress pants..making things feel secure......the only issue I have is...these are a bit long.... I wear a 38x32 these are a 40x32 and fit like a 40x34... I just rolled the bottom up to keep from stepping on them once in a while....I will keep these because they are great and awesome, and fit very nice! if "I" were to order again, I would order 40x30.Very nice, very durable, feels slightly heavier than paper thin uniforms, fit great.....

My new favorite trousers.
Alright, the first thing you need to be aware of when buying Dickies clothes is this: Their sizes are true-to-measurement. That is, if you put a measuring tape around your "waist" (wherever you wear your trousers), and look at that number, that's the measurement you want to buy your trousers in. I used to buy trousers at Old Navy, where they size things way differently. Their size 38 is actually closer to a 40 or 41 (maybe even 42). Not so with Dickies. So when you buy Dickies trousers, you may have to estimate upward a bit, or better yet, just put a tape measure around wherever you wear your pants, just to be sure.Okay, now that that's out of the way, the trousers themselves are great, but you're going to want to wash them once before wearing them for an extended period of time. They arrive in a very tight and stiff state, a little scratchy and rough. So just wash them once and they'll be much more comfortable to wear. They're sturdy, comfortable, nicer than traditional dickies work trousers in that their fit is a bit more modern and loosely cut. They actually sit at my hips, rather than at my waist (which is how I prefer to wear my trousers. They're really solid, basic trousers, and if you look around a little you can find them in some cool colors, including some pretty wacky colors. I recommend them highly if you're a guy who wants something other than jeans that can pass for "office" wear but are still comfortable and durable.

The waist is smaller then what ever you need
The pants look good but the waist you need to order a size or two larger cause they fit small.

They fit perfect
Very durable they are the perfect Bagginess level that I am looking for in terms of being able to move freely while wearing them. I only wear dickies pants and shorts so I am very happy with this purchase

Great for skateboarding
I love these pants to skateboard, they are nice and baggy leaving a loose fit which is great for flexibility, these are also very durable and can withstand many falls without ripping. If you do extreme sports or are a mechanic, these will last a long time.
