Never used a plastic razor blade before. Kinda works like a plastic scraper. Difference is, you can change the blade on this and keep the plastic edge sharp.I used this to scrape off caulk on the paint of my RV. You could never do that with a razor blade without scratching the paint. Well, the plastic blade worked well.i found this easy to hold and easy to change blades. Nice having a plastic or metal razor blade choice!

Giving 4 stars because the yellow plastic scrapers were a deciding factor for me. I don’t care for them and they ended up being useless for me. But I love the regular blades in it and the adjustable handle part sure does come in handy. Easy to change blades & secure.

I needed a hand scraper to thoroughly clean the burnt on gunk on my stove. It comes with both multiple metal razors and plastic razors. They're easy to install and both ends have safety caps. The blades are screwed in to keep it in place. I was afraid that the metal razor would scratch the paint so I used the plastic one at first. It doesn't scratch the surface, but I needed to use too much elbow grease. The metal razor worked fine when holding it at the proper angle. The handle is ergonomic and can be used in various positions. The one drawback I encountered is that the blades slightly slip when used vigorously. I'm not sure if that's a skill issue of not fully securing the screw or a flaw in the design. The scraper works just fine otherwise.

The blade locks really well and you can actually *scrape* with it. With the cheaper ones where, if you use any significant amount of pressure, you cause the blade to retract and then you are suddenly scraping and scratching your stovetop with the frame of the scraper.It comes with plastic protector things that, after you have the locking screw in place, don’t quite fit. I just used a scraper to push cut a bit of the plastic off both sides of the slot in the protectors, then it fits snugly over the lock screw. Worked great.Also just fyi I read a review saying the locking screw was too big and was scraping things when they used the scraper… the reviewer was using it upside down! :)

Good scrapper for work around the house and Ilove the dual ends. I use the metal side for scraping up on tile, concrete or hardwood, and the plastic side when scraping on glass or mirrors. Handy to have around the house and the refills are good to have on hand.

The blades provided are quite flimsy. The blades supplied break quite easily and adds time to your project. For a great product to not receive a 5 star rating due to flimsy blades. Coupled with more sturdy blades and it’s 5 star out the box. Because I had to switch out to more sturdy blades to get a excellent product takes away from 5 stars out the box

I loke the two in one, the price is right. 5he blade storage is well worth it.
