Good sturdy quality, heavy , like in good quality, nice design and grip and very sharp ,easy to clean and is non-stick when using with a cover on top if you want one

Absolutely brilliant I used to use my food processor to chop garlic, ginger etc, but this is so much finer. Practically turns it into a cream. Very easy to clean also. The only minor negative would be that the blade cover could be a bit smoother to take on and off.

Every kitchen should have a set of microplanes

I have bought two of these graters previously. They were very useful but flimsy and broke easily. However, the design has changed and this one has a much sturdier metal frame, making it so much more robust.

This is sharp (do keep it in its sleeve!) so makes light work of even the hardest cheese. It grates in to a fine cloud of Parmesan - light and fluffy! The greater surface area is great for flavour. It is GREAT if you want to use less cheese - less of it goes a longer way because of how fine it is. If you are working to a recipe and need to hit a weight though, it's a pain. 10g in to my 100g mix of Pecirino/Parmesan for a recipe, I went back to my normal grater. I was getting so few grams for my effort with this!

Troisième râpe microplane que j'achète du même type pour équiper cette fois-ci une amie. Très belle qualité de fabrication. Les lames sont tranchantes et permettent un râpage de haute qualité et de bonne tenue dans le temps. Le chocolat, le parmesan, les zestes (vous retrouverez j'espère le plaisir de zester un citron ou une orange !!) le gingembre ... tout est découpé finement, de manière mousseuse pour le parmesan ... un régal à utiliser mais attention au nettoyage : personnellement à la main sous l'eau chaude et en faisant attention à mes bouts de doigts c'est très tranchant ...

Ich bin absolut begeistert von der Microplane Küchenreibe Fein! Diese Reibe ist ein echtes Multitalent und hat sich in meiner Küche als unverzichtbar erwiesen. Egal, ob ich Hartkäse, Zitrusfrüchte, Knoblauch, Chili, Zimt oder Muskatnuss reiben möchte – die Ergebnisse sind immer perfekt. Die Edelstahlklingen sind extrem scharf und bleiben auch nach häufigem Gebrauch wunderbar scharf. Dadurch geht das Reiben unglaublich leicht von der Hand, ohne großen Kraftaufwand. Besonders beeindruckend finde ich, wie fein die Reibe die Zutaten verarbeitet. Das Aroma und der Geschmack der geriebenen Lebensmittel kommen dadurch optimal zur Geltung. Das Design in Schwarz ist nicht nur elegant, sondern auch funktional. Die Reibe liegt sehr gut in der Hand und rutscht dank des ergonomischen Griffs nicht ab. Auch die Reinigung ist ein Kinderspiel – einfach unter fließendem Wasser abspülen oder in die Spülmaschine geben. Insgesamt bin ich mehr als zufrieden mit dieser Microplane Küchenreibe. Sie hat meine Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen und ist ihr Geld absolut wert. Klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die eine hochwertige und vielseitige Reibe suchen!

フワフワに削れるチーズは、料理の仕上がりを一段底上げしてくれ良好。 ただし、成城石井のゴーダチーズ程度のセミハードチーズは削るのがかなり大変。削ったチーズがグレーターの裏側にたまりやすく、抵抗も大きいため、チーズ自体が曲がり削りにくい。一方、チェダーチーズ程度の硬さであれば問題なく削れた。 ゼスタよりもう一段粗めのタイプならセミハードチーズにも対応できたかもしれない。
