This works great for long hair. My hair is about waist length and wavy and this huge diffuser makes all the difference when I’m trying to “encourage curls”. It’s expensive but so far it seems worth it to me.

It took me forever to finally buy it. I watch GinaMarie Curly hair videos and she uses it. I was afraid it would be to heavy and bulky. It is expensive so not something I would do lightly. Finally, Amazon had a good sale on it for Prime day. I always buy something special for Prim day and have loved everything I bought. Plus with with Amazon it's easy to return if I didn't like it. Well, I fell in love with it. It is lighter than the one I had been using. The big diffuser head is great. Catches more hair more easily. The temp control is perfect, 3 temp choices and 2 speeds. So once again my prime day choice was a winner!

Good diffuser and does what it's supposed to do – – I love the bowl size and it accommodates a lot of hair but it's just overpriced. Plain and simple, hence the four stars. I don't know if it's necessary to have this particular brand if you need a diffuser but I fell for it since I'm a CurlSmith junkie. It also only offers two speeds – – high and low – – and you could get more bang for your buck with other brands. And did I mention how huge it is? If you want to put it in a drawer, you have to take the attachment off every time. The size is a double edged sword since it has both pros and cons.

The large diffuser head has been an absolute game changer for my waves. I get less frizz and it dries in half the time.

I love this dryer. It keeps the friz down and has an extra large head to quickly diffuser my culry hair on cool. I love the color and the sleek look.. best dryer ever!

For reference, I have 3A type curls and my hair length is around the middle of my back. I have tried many different hair dryers and diffusers over the years that are meant to be for curly hair but THIS one is already a game changer. The diffuser dish is almost comically large lol, but it cups all my hair up and dries it evenly when I flip my head over and it doesn’t scrunch all my hair up and restrict air flow like a smaller diffuser would. Despite its size, it doesn’t add any more weight to the dryer than a normal sized diffuser would. I’ve noticed my hair has had some more volume and my curls seem much more defined since I’ve started using this. It doesn’t get crazy hot either, even on high, which I’m sure my hair appreciates.

Felt cheap and smelled like burning plastic (I’m in the US so the voltage and whatnot was all correct). Barely got hot and I’m not even sure if I was sent a new item because there was zero information included as to what the buttons/functions were. It’s light but still big and bulky to navigate around your head. And it absolutely did not cut my drying time at all; in fact, it felt like it was taking longer and that’s probably because it didn’t feel like it was that hot even though I played around with all of the settings.
