Great customer service from Munbyn!!
I ordered this almost 2 years ago with the intention of using it for my business, but didn’t end up using it. I just now opened it a couple days ago and found it didn’t have the cords in it. It must have been returned from Amazon without the cords. I contacted munbyn’s customer service and they immediately sent me the cords that I needed for free.

Setup is a nightmare; doesn't work with USPS
I purchased this printer for my home business, based on reviews and price point. Initial setup was simple; just plug in, align labels and install print driver as the instructions say. No problem there. I usually use USPS Click-n-Ship and this printer did NOT work with this application (via the USPS website). After two hours I was ready to return the printer. As a last-ditch effort I went to a third-party shipping platform on the advice of a family member (Pirate Ship). I was able to print first class postage labels there (had to download a pdf and print from that), but NOT Priority mail. I changed browsers, tweaked printer settings, made sure driver was up to date, etc etc etc. After another couple hours of fighting with it, including a call to the shipping platform help line, still couldn't get it to print properly. Paper size settings disappeared. I finally gave up and returned it - not worth the headache!! Do yourself a favor, spend the money and get one of the well-known brands like Dymo, Zebra, Brother or Seiko (which is what I did). Worth the extra cash for proper software and drivers, as well as quality tech support.

Excellent customer service
The P130 printer is a good thermal printer for shipping labels. The software / printer driver was very easy to install. The DPI of 203 is ideal if you are planning on using the printer for shipping labels. However, I ended up returning the product and upgraded to the 941P because I wanted to use the printer for custom marketing labels with my business logo because I found the P130 printed labels a bit pixelated. I upgraded to the 941P, which comes with 300 DPI and it made a HUGE difference in print quality. So if you're planning on using it just for shipping labels, the P130 will go a great job. If you're thinking about using it for custom labels as well, spend the extra bucks for the 941P. It's worth it.BUT, more importantly, I want to give extra kudos to Munbyn's excellent customer service in Rebecca. She was very helpful and very quick to respond. This was a pleasant surprise. With so many different brands of thermal printers on Amazon to look through, it took me forever to decide on which thermal printer to buy-- going through the pricing and reading all the product reviews. I am not one to post product reviews but I had to leave one for this because of Munbyn's excellent customer service. The 941P was just icing on the cake.

Awesomeness!!!
The media could not be loaded. First off let me be honesty I ordered this printer a few weeks ago I had some issues with amazon and the delivery guy who decided to leave my package outside vulnerable to the elements at the USPS however when the office opened no printer was at the location the delivery guy showed in his delivery photo!! Sad and frustrating I reached out to customer service…. Lemme tell you the rep was an absolute gem 💎 I appreciate the way they ensured to look into the issue lodged a complaint but also sent out a replacement I was happy but I then stalked the delivery process every step of the way and was able to have it this time around… someone got a free printer which is so crappy that they stole something that isn’t their smh…. The printer is small lightweight and it isn’t noisy by the look and feel it is nicely made and will last a while setup was easy, the driver was literally 2 seconds to install and the print is almost instant after hitting print on my laptop I looooovvvvvvvvve it. One thing that I will add is that it isn’t 300 dpi which isn’t bad but some of the prints aren’t crisp for my liking especially on the packing slip I will see if I can zoom in when printing to help with that but apart from that it will be an awesome addition to my small business I cannot wait to put her to work!! Going to add some stickers to give her character 🤭

Update: Great Customer service. Buy the upgraded model! Very finicky!
Update: Munbyn's customer service was excellent, saw my review and helped me replace the printer with one that's working much better. I really appreciate the support. I replaced it with the higher resolution version (300 DPI) which is just a little more expensive (still a great deal!) but prints much more clearly and consistently. I haven't had an issue even on days when I am printing a dozen or so labels. So, I'd probably steer away from the lower end model and upgrade, if I were you. But also don't hesitate to reach out to customer support because they really did make it right.I love the idea of this little thermal printer for my eCommerce business. It worked well for the first month or so; but then it got gummed up. I thought this is because I didn't have a label holder, so the labels would get stuck and then cause gumminess on the printer head. But even after I purchased the label holder which keeps the labels from getting caught, whenever I do a larger run of labels (we're talking 10ish at a time), I'm having major quality issues and I'm spending so much time and so many labels getting shipping labels to print properly. I've tried all of the things I could find online to help with resolution quality, but it always comes down to cleaning the printer head with alcohol. But this takes so much time. I'm not even doing real volume yet! I totally regret not purchasing a more reliable model (re: more expensive!)
