We use this for starting our wood burning fireplace. It starts exceptionally well and burns long enough to start the wood on fire around it. Great product. The only bad thing is that it is harder to break apart into the bricks to start the fire.

Works great to start fires

We really don't like these fire starters. they are too small and burn up very quickly. they don't do a good job in getting the logs started. I recommend Duraflame quick fire starters. We break them in the 4 chunks and they do a good job lasting long enough to light the firewood.

These start fires good but they’re too bad hock and bony break apart at all. If u force the break it rips 1/2 of the other one with it.Either need to be thinner blind Ruthlands or the groove to break them apart need to be deeper. Won’t but again if others are available. Price was great

Never used a starter before , quick and easy to light 2 or 3 small pieces underbkindling to start the wood stove!Thanks for a great product!

I wouldn't recommend this product. It isn't worth the cost. The pieces are so small and don't break apart into same size pieces. They tear apart and end up so small you end up using more than you would think you'd need. I'll be spending the extra money on a better quality product once these are gone.

Will definitely keep buying. Helps to get your fire going no doubt about it. A must have for people who use wood heat .

I had used other brands previously and while this one seems to be a better deal with more pieces, they are actually smaller. I need 2 of these to do the job of one square from other fire starters. It also seems these dont light charcoal as well. As others mentioned, they arent as easy to break apart either.TLDR: Much smaller than others, require more than one, doesnt light as well, harder to break apart. Buy others.
