Great book
This is just what I needed as a newcomer to exercising with resistance bands. Clear, with lots of good photos & descriptions of the exercises. Not just for beginners though, lots of more challenging routines.

I like it! Very good book!
Very good workbook for doing exercises at home. There are no cumbersome explanations on theorethical basis. Explanations ar straight and simple. This is really a workbook. Introduction is concise with no chating on nothing. All the book consist of exercises explanations with black and white photos and of workouts that are set for special needs like basketball training or for those who's got back issues etc. Just workouts and nothing redundant. I presume this book is created more for home usage and so for big sports.

Easy to follow exercises
This is easy to follow and perfect for what I wanted to add resistance training to some of my other exercises.

It’s not bad, but better info elsewhere.
It’s a good starting point and has good plans for various areas that you want to concentrate on. But to be honest, I got a lot better from just looking on YouTube.

A great book
Clearly explains different stretches with illustrations - categorises areas and issues too for specific targets to build up muscle/help.

An excellent book for doing resistance exercises
The book shows how to do resistance band exercises and groups exercises for various sports and conditions. You can add or subtract exercises from your programme as you wish. Some exercises are shown with flat rubber bands and some with rubber cords that have handles l use the cords with handles. In the comments I read some criticism about some exercises shown with bands and some with cords you can use cords for the band exercises by gripping the cord in a suitable place without using the handles. I don't use the rubber ball or dumbbell exercises. I find that the band\cord exercises are easier on the joints than dumbbells and probably better for people with arthritis.

Variety of Exercises.
Very useful exercises to activate basic parts of the muscular system that are weak in non-athletic and physically under-developed people, like the upper chest, abdominal and truncal muscles and upper limbs, and help give the proper posture mentioned in the book. It is worth buying as part of references for exercise. There are parts of my body that probably have never known exercises which some exercises are activating. Then other exercises become easier and fun rather than a dreaded chore. Also very portable equipment which can even be put into a pocket and done anywhere anytime.

Excellent book
Excellent book for the beginner ( i.e. me) The lead into using the resistance bands is very good, as is the sections dedicated to using the bands/ropes for medicinal purposes. The workouts are well explained and the actual exercises are well described. Overall an excellent book for those starting out.

I'm not new to exercising, but I am new to resistance band training and this is a really good introduction. Last year I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation and was advised not to lift weights, since that can put undue stress on the heart, but to use resistance bands to build muscle instead. It's surprisingly effective: the day after my first resistance band workout, I was sore, which I did not expect. The book has very clear instructions, lots of photographs and instructions, plus it shows different techniques depending on what kind of resistance band you're using and whether you are using attachments.

This is a pretty comprehensive book that not only includes step-by-step instructions for each exercise, but exercise programs targeted to different needs as well. For example, there's a set of exercises the author recommends for anyone who walks or jogs a lot. The exercises are intended to balance your workout by focusing on your core and upper body. Similarly, the book includes sets of exercises targeted to help with pain and medical issues, such as arthritis, knee pain and injuries, and back pain. I found this extremely helpful since I've been suffering from shoulder pain for years and want to safely strengthen my upper body. As a few other reviewers mentioned the book features exercises that use two types of bands: the simple flat band and the tubular kind with handles. I did end up buying both types. The book also includes several warmup exercises and stretches--though you'll find them in the back of the book, which is a little out of order IMO.

Très moyen avec des photos de piètre qualité. Je regrette mon achat. En plus c'est en anglais. J'ai trouvé mieux gratuit sur le net
