Fantastic product and excellent customer service.
The surf rack is exactly what I needed to get my three boards off the floor of my garage and racked beautifully on the wall. Great product and easy to install.Unfortunately my shipment was missing two arms. I contacted the and received a reply within hours. The following day I received an email stating that the missing parts were now in the post to me.Fantastic customer service and a painless process to get the missing parts.So definitely worth 5 starts!

Quality
Very well made. Excellent. Looks great. Very strong (provided it is fixed to wall properly). Came with good quality appropriate length screws. All you need are 4 raw plugs. Very pleased with rack.

Fantastic Product but Poor Fixings
Great item but you will need to use different screws and rawlplugs as the ones supplied were awful and could not support the weight. I would have thought, at the price, they would have supplied better quality ones.

Nice quality wood rack !!
Nice quality with great Bamboo wood style, fit a lot of stuff …surfboard but water ski & wakeboard too..highly recommend for oldschool like me !!

Missing hardware
Great quality, perfect for what I need. Missing hardware. 🤦🏻I was very excited for this product to arrive. Major disappointment when there was no hardware as described.Update: after I acquired the proper hardware it was a very easy install. Sturdy and looks good. Very happy.

Molto bello e ben fatto. Più robusto di quanto possa sembrare. Io ci ho messo degli snowboard e fa egregiamente il suo lavoro.

Haben die Halterung für unsere Surfboards und Ski/Snowboard gekauft, da wir sehr hohe Decken haben sind die hier wunderbar verstaut und es schaut dazu optisch noch gut aus.Deshalb 5 Sterne und keine Kritikpunkte.Des Weiteren:- gut verarbeitet- sehr stabil- alles nötige dabeiWürde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen.
