What is the additive cavamax 6? i'd love to know more please, before i feed this to my family.

According to the Walker company website, that owns the patent for Cavamax, it is "a food grade alpha-cyclodextrin from Wacker Chemie AG. CAVAMAX® W6 FOOD with 6 glucose units has the smallest cavity of the parent cyclodextrins. It is useful for solubilizing, stabilizing or delivering small molecules, e.g. low molecular weight, flavour or fragrance compounds. CAVAMAX® W6 FOOD is being introduced to the food industry as a new soluble dietary fibre with convincing properties." It means the 6 unity glucose molecules get hold of their surrounding molecules making the substance creamer without changing the taste. It's a vegetarian option for replacing eggs and dairy in recipes, and as far as the food institutions go has been proved safe.

Is it 100% pure coconut milk powder or any other ingredients are added?

Hi, could I please know why you use cavamax and how safe this ingredient is (there is not much info about cavamax or its safety in the internet) ?

I never looked at the ingredients when I bought it, however would I buy this again, No!

Can you use this poŵe in tea/coffee?

Yes, you can use it for coffee or tea. I use it as a milk replacement for my coffee and it taste really nice. The only thing is that it can take a little bit more time to dissolve it, but you will enjoy a great taste!
