Can I use this as a waste/ground level drain cover. I’ve got old multiple shared pipes all going into my garden drain which floods due to debris.

Probably but it’s very light may need extra Anchorage . Use ties to hold it in place .

How big are the individuals holes and how many mm thick is the mesh please?

Never measured it but do not bother does not do a great job and birds are always throwing it out the gutter

does this prevent moss from clogging?

No - it encourages it to fall off the edge.

How easy is this product to cut to size? Looking at using it on a static caravan guttering

I would say it is easy to cut with a pair of strong scissors. We have also used it on our static caravan guttering.
