It only works properly on stubble.You have to use the long hair cutter first to get a stubble.The long hair cutter can be a bit rough to use.You can be left with razor rash.The effect doesn't last very long, not as long as shaving.All in all rather pricy for what it does.

Does the job needed to shave the sensitive man bits! However I think it is expensive for the quality feel of the items & for a shaver.

I have to say that at this price, I was expecting an exceptionally good quality shaver that really did do as the product description promised. Sadly, I am very disappointed. As other reviewers have said, the batteries supplied are rubbish so the first thing I did was to change these. Also, again as mentioned elsewhere, I bought some cornstarch-based powder rather than talc, which does NOT work well at all. Nevertheless, no matter how short one shaves the stubble with the 'toothbrush' trimmer (which unlike the CleanCut itself, DOES indeed nick, cut, and leave a razor rash), the CleanCut does NOT shave either very close or very smooth. In fact the only thing you're likely to shave 'as smooth as a baby's bottom' with it is, er... an actual baby's bottom. No matter how taught the skin is pulled, or how many different directions I shave in, I am still left with rough, stubbley patches and visible 'stubble-hairs' in places. It's not even particularly effective at shaving underarms!Quite honestly, a half-decent ladyshave from Boots would probably do the job just as well, at a fraction of the price.I have given this review 2 stars only because the customer service I received was rather good. My kit arrived without the trimmer oil and I contacted the company about this; they replied straight away, sent a replacement the next day and threw in a little free gift as well. So I would buy from them again, but I cannot recommend this particular product.

This is ideal for intimate places better than creams

The unit that shaves stubble is quite reasonable and does a very good job when used with talcum powder but the unit that cuts hairs down to a suitable length requires using with the utmost caution in order not to trap any unwary folds of skin

This is an okay shaver, but defo not worth the money.The big shaver does not even work that well, so best of just using the small one.
