Beautiful Art with a Heart-warming Message
This book means a lot to me, not only because of the beautiful illustrations but for the heart of its story. About a year ago, my favorite boss EVER was let go to the surprise of my team and I was heart-broken. I wanted to give her a gift that expressed the mixed bag of emotions I was feeling, and this was a couple months after "Little Bot and Sparrow" was released. After watching Jake Parker's promotional videos on the message of "Little Bot and Sparrow" I felt like it was an appropriate gift and much more meaningful than any greeting card or random meaningless object because the book carries a deeply caring heart within the story. The book resonates with children and adults alike with the message of how we can say goodbye to those who were once so prevalent in our lives but must continue down their own path. My team and I wrote endearing messages to her, thanking her for being our sparrow and taking us under her wing and teaching us how to dream. She loved the book so much and felt so touched by our message, it truly showed her how much we appreciated her, and for that, I am so grateful for this wonderful book!

10/10 Would Recommend.
It was more than I expected it to be. I got really emotional towards the end of the book! It was really sweet and cute and I plan to introduce it to my neice and nephew. The art is cute and soft and the designs of the characters are sweet and have humanity to them. Overall I loved it and I definitely recommend it for anyone who enjoys a cute story and excellent art.The package itself arrived on time, the box was not damaged at all, and the book came in perfect condition!Jake Parker knows how to convey so much in his characters and I would definitely suggest anyone who likes him or this story check out all of what he does.

Fantastic
This book is a winner. It’s a beautiful perfectly paced story of friendship. I love the variety of nature illustrations and the writing. This has clearly been well planned and tightly edited. It doesn’t hurt that I’m a sucker for robots. Admittingly, I did not read this to a child. I bought it for myself. I write children’s books and I’ve been trying to make a habit of reading more of them. If I could create anything even close to this good I’m definitely doing something right. Get this one. Trust me.

Sweet story
Very cute book. On the first day we got it, I read the book three times to my son and cried every time. It has such a bittersweet ending. I definitely recommend reading it to your child.

A Feel Good Book and a Great Gift to Cherish
Call me biased, as I was previously a follower if Jake Parker's work before I purchased this book, but I really enjoyed this book.Overall, I liked the lesson in this book-- if felt very much feel goody with hints of adventure-- which is somewhat the opposite of what I was expecting. The illustrations are phenomenal, however the printing of the colors came out a little less saturated than they look digitally, which is somewhat disappointing. In that aspect, it failed to pull me in as most children's book illustrations do.I'm 18 years old, so I can't say I'm the best to review this book overall, but as an illustrator, the book is definitely worth the buy and would definitely be one to keep.

Bitter sweet story about seasons
Little Bot and Sparrow is a beautifully illustrated book. The story is bitter sweet and a little weak. I think it could have been done without words actually. I wouldn’t trade owning it for anything. The pictures are fantastic. Recommended

Beautiful & touching
This is a beautiful book with a humorous and touching story about a robot who befriends a curious little bird. They learn about their similarities and differences, and it actually has kind of a bittersweet ending that teaches kids how to handle goodbyes. The illustrations are gorgeous enough to spend quite a bit of time devouring. I bought a copy for some of my nephews & niece; I hope they have as much fun reading it as I did.

Beautifully written and illustrated.
I bought this book as a cute gift from my pet sparrow to my husband. We read it together and loved it. It is beautifully illustrated.and well written. It is sad at the end - both of us shed a tear or two. Nobody dies, but Little Bot and Sparrow do have to say goodbye. Even with the sad ending, it was a wonderful and dear book to read. Highly recommended.

Short simple story for toddlers.
I bought the book because I saw other illustrations by the same author and think he is really talented. This is the kind of story for 3/4 years old toddlers; a story with simple illustrations and little text. For what it is, I think it is way too overpriced. I bought other graphic novels (lumberjanes, amulet, etc) that cost less and have more content.

A little treasure
It was a blow to the heart. Really sweet and smart. The story educates you about the meaning of the word Friendship, the value of his time. The designs and atmospheres created by J. Parker hand are (in my opinion) perfect for the narration of this. Really nice. Pure poetry.
