Clear water
These are good. Clear water every time I use these. Happy with purchase.

Nitrates reduced - Fluval 2 Plus
Bought this to help reduce the Nitrates in my 180l aquarium. I thought they would fit a Fluval 2 Plus but they are a little too big but I managed to snap the plastic frame and then squeezed them in. All working well and even the nitrates have gone down. Not sure if its these cartridges on there own which have reduced the nitrates aSI am also using them at the same time as adding NitrateMinus which I have only used the one. Nitrates were off the scale before and bright red on the test kit chart so well over 160ppm but tfter running the filters for about a week now the nitrates have dropped dramatically to 20ppm which is fantastic.

Tricky to find in the shops
I use these in place of the more common active carbon cartridges in my Fluval U2 aquarium filter.These are much better when there are live plants and at the same time, help control algea by reducing phosphates.They are also excellent for reducing nitrite levels and ensuring good quality clear water.These are really tricky to get in even specialist shops - so the availability on Amazon is appreciated.

these seemed to work ok,i like fluval but wish they were cheaper or non fluval ones were avalible also

Seem to be doing the job as well as original filters.
I liked the price compared to the 'genuine 'filters and they do the job but seem to be a lot thinner than the genuine filters I have previously used. Time will tell.

Worth considering if you have algae problems
These have made such a difference in reducing algae. Normally I would buy non-branded "compatibles" however given the difference these have made, I'll stick with them.

Capita soprattutto per i prodotti di acquariofilia, già successo per una lampada e per altri prodotti.Compri nuovo e ti arriva un prodotto gia aperto, in questo caso va a capire se è si tratta di originali o no, visto che sono in commercio prodotti compatibili visivamente identici...
