The cat loves it.
My cat was showing early signs of renal failure so the vet recommended we swap his food out and this was one of the suggested brands. Can’t comment on the taste, but my fur baby seems to like it. Good quality, smells quite nice and my boy seems to be doing ok on it. I’m very happy.

Very Satisfactory, Not Too Pricey
This seems to be the only renal cat food my elderly cat likes at the moment. I think the reason is it is not too dry, plenty of sauce so it slips down pretty well. She does not have too many teeth remaining so it is easier for her. I wish they did more flavours, i.e. tuna or beef. Took a while to arrive from France but that is to be expected.

Our elderly cat with suspected kidney failure loves it
Arrived exactly as pictured. Our lovely 16 year old cat has suspected kidney failure, and so we started looking into getting an affordable range of renal food to help improve her health. She enjoys it, and we have noticed she seems more hydrated and full when eating this food.

Happy cat
This product is ideal for my 15 year old rescue cat jinx she has early renal and with regular vet checks and this product which she loves both salmon and chicken she is staying very healthy and enjoying her later years thank you

My cat isn't too sure
My 16 year old cat has recently been diagnosed with early stages of feline renal failure.The vet recommended to change her diet. As she loves Purina's cat food range, the vet suggested we tried these.However, the cat isn't too sure! The food smells VERY strong to the point it stinks the room (I had to hide it in a cupboard) but I was told all renal wet food has a strong smell. She might get used it, I will keep on trying!

I keep reordering this product my vet recommended it along with HillsHe preferred this one and i have never had to throw any away he eats it allCheaper to order from amazon and comes the next day

My cat went off it
Chose Purina as it's a good brand with good reviews, but I bought early care by mistake instead of advanced care. I didn't find the smell nauseating, as I had with some other cat foods. Initially my picky cat loved it and came back for more, but after 4 pouches she wouldn't touch it.
