I bought this slip lead for my 9 month old Springer which is a real puller. Main reason to buy it was that it reflects in the dark. Having used the lead for a couple of weeks now, there are things that I like and do not like about it.Positive:- the loop with which you hold the lead is is relatively soft/friendly to the hands. This is well-developed.- reflection of the lead works well in the dark- thickness of the lead is okayNegative:- the line is too long , giving less control over the dog- the line has some stretch, which gives less control over the dog- the rubber stoppers do not hold their position: after some pulling the dog is being choked because the noose tightens. In my opinion, this stopper should be made of metal, having the form of an 8. That would stay in place.So although the lead has some benefits, I believe it is heavily overpriced. I will use it for short walks in the evening, but I would not buy it again.

We had a different brand which did not last long. The leash stoppers are much more sturdy on this product, and it has two to keep it from sliding too far on either side.

Have used these for training for years. They are great for indoors when you need to leave leash attached and the rubber toggle holds well. Also useful outside- you can put high up on dogs neck to redirect dogs focus with good head control. Easy to get on and off but stays put when on. I also use this for my old dog who no longer needs corrections and enjoys having collar off.

Not a bad lead. But beware if you've got a puller like mine. Almost had a friction burn 🔥 when I was pulled down an embankment!
