Fay's Six: Brotherhood Protectors World (Athena Project Book 4)

Jen Talty is a new author to me but boy will I be making sure I read her books from now on. This collection by a number of authors in Elle James Brotherhood Protector world is amazing.Walker… holy moly ladies hold onto your hat because this guy is THE real deal. I absolutely adore this man. A total alpha who has dedicated his life to serving his country and protecting the innocent - this Adonis of a man is enough to make your uterus weep. He’s honest, open, total alpha, he everything a girl wants packed into a fine specimen of an unforgettableman. However, and I love this, he truly sees women as equals. He has respect for a woman’s capabilities in the field and works like a well oiled machine with his counterpart. He understands that the male chauvinist arrogance is alive and well but he argues against it and ensures he does not follow the same beliefs. It is talentless written and brings to light a subject often brushed under the carpet.Fay is a beautiful character. She’s a kickass female in primarily a man’s world who has had to deal with her fair share of criticism against her gender and has had to fight to further herself. Her capabilities are off the charts and I think it’s beautiful for us to see this type of situation brought to the forefront and get a glimpse into how it is dealt with by others. Fay is as beautiful inside as she is on the outside. A perfect working match for Walker and a stunning personal match. Walker and Fay’s characters send out an important message that your capabilities are not equal to someOutdated belief that gender makes us who we are. Capabilities and strengths are specific to the strength, knowledge and skill to get the job done and succeed.This is a beautifully written story with a powerful message. I absolutely loved all the characters. Although I didn’t like the character Lee, I did like how real Jen Talty made him, his twisted beliefs of the ‘little woman should know her place’ was hauntingly real to life and I think that takes an exceptionalAmount of skill for your art.Phenomenol read and more then worth reading.A million star review

I received this ARC for an honest reviewA really good read.Fay and Walker has history not good but now they are working together for Hank Patterson and they have to play a couple in love. Whilst playing a couple a lot of things come in to play including the mission that went bad that ended Walkers career in the seals where initially Fay was blamed it maybe she was not the problem. Between the case they are working on and an old Team mate turning up for an interview for the Brotherhood Protectors thing are about to get bad and questions long over due will get answers Deadly answers.Loved it

This is book 4 of the Athena Project part of the Brotherhood Protector’s World. This is Fay and Walker’s story, they have a past working relationship when she was CIA and he was a SEAL, unfortunately that did not end happily. Now they are paired together to help investigate a case of missing or possibly murdered young men. A past member of Walker’s team also joins as a prospective employee of the Brotherhood team. However he has difficulties with relating to people in authority over him. Old cases surface as well as things such as money laundering, human trafficking soon make this case more complicated. You may or may not figure out who is the guilty party before the end but it definitely will worth the read,

Walker and Fay were teamed up to find Laura, and their team work continues helping the local sheriff to find kidnapped boy's, the history between them is getting easier for them to deal with until they have to watch a friend of Walker's to see if he would be a compatible addition to the Brotherhood, Lee never liked Fay or any woman in authority, Walker and Fay discover his past betrayal of his SEAL teammates and the USA, Fay rock's taking down the bad guy, and Walker has her six, I wasn't really expecting the turn of events in this story, but totally recommend it and the entire series, thank you, Dana Zamora

Fay and Walker can’t stand each other until everything turns around, until everything changes. Working together brings them closer in ways that neither expected. Romance is in the air along with convoluted danger, an odd and volatile combination.Fay’s Six immediately grabbed my attention and kept me intrigued to the very end. Could not put it down. Definitely recommend.

This story has action, suspense and love that keeps you reading and a puzzle to figure out. Fay and Walker had a job to do but when Lee showed up things changed. Lies, kidnapping and more trouble. Even the Sheriff is having trouble. Great book.
