I never finish a book before the end but this one I did. I stuck it out to 70%. I have read the previous books in the series and enjoyed them but this one, apart from being extremely slow going, was too dark perverted for me. And I am far from a prude.

Right from the start the author has you roped into a Captivating Novel. She continues on throughout the the novel to keep you entertained with suspense. Truly enjoyed this book a fabulous read!

What an intense story of fate and faithfully following your instincts. These two face supposedly insurmountable odds reaching for their happily ever after but luckily Benson always has a hand in their circumstances.

As is typical for Ms. Winters’ series, there is a remarkable dose of fate and destiny with a side helping of providence and serendipity. From the book: “seeing the patterns in the chaos, the hidden images in a mass of random swirls, the secret in the shadows.” That’s what you get with this series. If you like mystical romance, you really need to try this author’s books. I’m not sure if there was advice given in the beginning of this book, but it wouldn’t hurt to take heed. This is one of her darker thrillers when you find out what happens in “the valley.” This book jumps in immediately with the intrigue and honestly, I couldn’t read fast enough. It was stirring with spectacular word pictures. Ms. Winters is a great storyteller.In Ms. Winters’ desire to cover the alphabet, we are up to the letter F for Fox Larson and Fej, pronounced Fay. They have a unique meet cute which spirals into an adventure of a lifetime. The story takes place in Reykjavik, Iceland. Now on to Gavin and Gale. Can’t wait! This is not a type of booking would think to read but I am glad I read it and it goes in with my top favorite?s. Really great books.

Which is really too bad because I enjoyed the prior books I this series. This was just too off the scales. I read for enjoyment. This was a study in perversion. I d I didn't even finish the book. Dont know if I'll continue with this author. Not my style. Not my enjoyment .
