I was very impressed with the fast shipping. I have my heater in a large bedroom. It does heat my bedroom very well, the only thing I would like to say that I would like to see is an automated thermostat. It does run constantly so you do have to cut it on and off. I love the flame which can be left on at all times with or without heat. So, as far as heating, it does a great job! Thanks!

I love the look of this fireplace and it does give off some decent heat which is why it's getting one star. Unfortunately the manufacturer did not use a high enough gauge wire in order to run this heater on its highest power mode without the wire getting burning hot I feeling as if it's going to melt. The fire looks realistic enough, it gives a very nice warm glow to the room and gives off some good heat but it's not worth risking my house being burned down because the manufacturer didn't want to upgrade to some decent wiring.

The 3G plus electric heater was given to my husband as a Christmas gift. Smaller than expected, but very cute. It stopped working on Feb 3rd, 3 days after the return window closed. Not happy!!!

the fireplace makes the place warm and it gives off good amount of heat. the issue i had is after a month of using, the lights went out.The other thing that you had click on both to turn the heat on.

Works well and looks groovy. I live in the American SW desert and in the winter it can get slightly below freezing, but not too cold. I don't like my wall gas heater, so this heated up my small living room nicely. It doesn't get hot at all and at least seems safer than other heaters I've had. The top doesn't get hot at all.

Looks great, works for small rooms. Light bulb burnt out on 2nd day. $8 light bulb ordered 3rd day.

Nice little stove but you get what you pay for.Did not heat as well as expected and the first day of use the electric cord got too hot to touch.The second day the bulb for the flame went out and had to get a replacement locally.Have not had a chance to return until now and the return time has elapsed.... so I have a stove I can’t/ won’t use.

Love it!! Super cozy, very cute. Helps me save money on my heating bill - I can keep the thermostat at 60, and have this on, and over an hour or 2, the room warms up to about 66.
