This tool works perfectly to open commercial style hotel doors. Well made, and seems like it will hold up well for many years of use. Very easy to use with just a few practice tries. Every hotel manager/ maintenance staff should have this opening tool on hand.

this came packaged in the largest box I have ever received from Amazon - and it was pristine and undamaged. Now all I have to do is to wait for the next call for a door which cannot be opened

Works well on basic door pulls. It does need silicone grip tape or heat shrink to give it enough grip to grab handles with more adhesion. I’ve also had to bend it to get a better shape for its intended purpose.

I have used these tools before so I know that this one is of lesser quality. The rod is thinner and bends out of shape. It should bend but retain it's original shape.
