Regis Stone Pans: Scratch-Resistant Non-Stick Pans

What can I say about this pan? Well, it is the best kitchen buy in a long time. As I refuse to use the usual non stick pans these are the only way to go, even a cast iron does not compare. The main benefit of these types of pans is the fact that you can greatly decrease the amount of oil you use or even use none on some foods, which has to be a good thung. Eggs on this need zero oil, steak just a tiny amount. We do take extra care on cleaning as keeping this in top shape is worth it. No harsh scrubbing pads, brillos etc, however it does clean very easily with a simple sponge or cloth. Heat distribution seems quite even and the pan itself is extremely well made, strong, heavy and sturdy. A superb product and is a definate must buy for people looking for a healthier alternative to the standard greasy pan

All the Youtube videos are indeed accurate. I used this pan last night and made two omelettes WITH NO OIL OR BUTTER for the very first time without using either one and they was literally perrrrrfect. The quality and taste was much better and the omelettes just slide straight out the pan to plate when they are cooked. I have yet to experiment with this pan with other foods, But first impressions was great. I bought this mostly for omelettes. Its SO SO easy to clean also. When I finished the second omelette it was almost like it hadn't been used, No food was clung to the pan. Strong quality build to this pan, its hard wearing and feels heavy in hand like its going to last years. If you are like me and you was skeptical about the promises JML made for this pan, OR worried about getting value for money with paying £25 for a pan BUT you want or need a new pan and love cooking THEN PLEASE buy this pan and you wont be disappointed

I hate cooking so anything that makes life easier is most welcome. I saw this product advertised on TV and took its claims with a pinch of salt but after checking with family members (none of whom, admittedly, had personal experience of it but had heard from others that it lived up to expectations) I decided to buy one. My first attempt was with a single egg just to see what happened - once the white started to set I tried pushing the egg with my spatula. Though at first it appeared to be sticking to the pan, a gentle prod freed it and it slid happily across the surface as cooking continued. When it was ready it lifted easily with not a trace of anything left behind. And it tasted nice! I haven't yet tried sausages or bacon but I've no reason to suspect they won't be just as easy. But I have to go now as writing this review is making me hungry...

This frying pan appears to be of good quality and looks a nice looking pan. It is a decent weight and is comfortable to hold. After seasoning it (twice) I tried it with a couple of fried eggs. The first one worked just as described and the egg slid about in the pan as well as torvill & dean on ice. Unfortunately the second one stuck to the pan like glue and had to be scrapped off ( it was not burn't at this stage) the next night I used just a little spray oil and all was well in my world. Hopefully it will improve with use, although I was a little doubtful that you could fry without any oil, the jury is still out and I am more than happy to spray a little oil beforehand. I would still recommend this pan as ok. I will have to wait for "her who must be obeyed" to go out so I can give it a true test with a good old bacon sarny.

Good product - I have used this for 3 months now and it has achieved the goal - cooking without oil. For those who have complained about food sticking - yes it would do so eventually anyway if you don't move or decrease heat, but it's certainly nowhere as stick-inducing as normal pans. Easy to clean, good handle for grip and not too heavy, although users with arthritis may want to consider a smaller size as it can still be challenging in weight.

This pan is awesome. No oil needed to cook delicious food if you are cooking chicken breast you will need to turn the heat down or it will be dry (or maybe I'm that good at cooking 😬) it's amazing you can fry an egg with no oil whatsoever & it doesn't stick. It will take a little maintenance but not very often. Before first use you will need to rub oil into the pan then wipe it clean then it's ready for use. All in all an excellent pan for healthier food. (Now I just need some cooking lessons).

I find myself using this pan for just about everything. The large base makes it possible to cook food evenly and in larger quantities than conventional frying pans (with wide diameter tops which slope down to small bases). This pan appears to stand heat much better than the expensive wok I bought recently with the ceramic coating. It really is non stick and cleans easily. A pleasure to use!

Pan arrived as advertised. Build and material quality appear excellent. Took time 'preparing' the pan as I per the instructions and then attempted some fried eggs which were a disaster! Since then I've used the spray on olive oil just before putting in the eggs and it works perfectly. Having seen the ads with the pancakes being blown off the pan, I must say I'm a bit disappointed. Mind you I never have anything sticking while cooking and cleaning the pan after cooking is a pleasure! I have read and reread the instructions and am convinced I may have been expecting too much?
