In this day and age of sophisticated car thefts, my colleague a police officer strongly recommended I purchase a Faraday Bag for my car keys. Initially I bought a pair from a dealer on Amazon which did not work, and I returned. After researching online, I bought the Mission Darkness Faraday bag, and since then I have had complete peace of mind. It is of a perfect size and very well made. The craftmanship quality from Mission Darkness is easily distinguishable from the various other brands available on Amazon. I tried to unlock my car from a distance of 1 foot with the keys in the bag, and it remained true to its purpose. I recognise that it is priced higher than alternative brands, but it is worth every penny. I strongly recommend the Mission Darkness Faraday Bag to protect your keys, mobile phones and signal emitting electronic devices which will risk being tampered with. Subsequently, I went on to purchase a second.

I purchased theses following a news item on our local news about how easy it is to steal vehicles with key-less ignition using readily available items of kit. our new ford has key-less ignition which is very convenient but i was unaware of how easy it was to steal them using key cloning methods. i googled the problem and came up with Faraday bags. found these ones and ordered two. I tested one to see if it works, put the key-fob in the bag and closed it as the instructions, stood by the car and pressed the button on the door handle to open the car, nothing happens the car remained locked, the bag had shielded the key from the car so it could not detect it. took the key from the bag and the car opened as normal, it works. i think the cost of this bag is well worth it if it protects our new car which cost thousands. The car keys will be kept in this bag from no to prevent them being cloned .The bags them selves are well made from quality materials, you can fold it up and attach it to your keys for every day use, a loop is provided or you can attach it to your belt, it closes by folding the top over and under an elastic strip, better and easier to use than Velcro. these will provide good protection and security from cloning car thieves, i also use a good old fashioned steering lock to deter possible tea leaves,

Works, straight out of the packet. Car doesn't see key when it's in the bag in the car (nor when it's wrapped in tinfoil for that matter). But better made and more usable than tinfoil - and I liked the name! Looks good - a snug fit for two large (4 button) car keys + a couple of standard house keys. Durability remains to be seen. I'll keep checking.

Yes it works but the construction of the bag is very poor; it makes me wonder how long it will last? The bag is misshapen, poorly stitched, the lining is 'crumpled' and flap closure has to be crumpled in order to close it. Disappointing purchase given the £30 price tag even though it does do its job. Just have two wait and see if it still works in a few months time. It is less than 8 months since I spent £30 on this 'Farady' Bag and it no longer works!!! My concerns about its construction were fully justified. With a remote key in the bag and pressing the button, the car door unlocks from several feet away. This 'Faraday' Bag is useless garbage.

This is the best Faraday key pouch I've had, by far! Others didn't block car key signals fully - this does, totally. Good size (holds car key - BMW- and tracker fob / steering wheel lock key easily. Belt loop on the pouch is useful for easy carrying (although it is easily carried in a jacket pocket) . Great purchase....does exactly what it's supposed to.....blocks all key signals.

I bought this product in April and it now stop working as you car open the car with it in the case and it's not supposed to do that it been really good up till now and it just stop doing it's job

Using it on my 23 Q7 with a prox fob key. I've tried several other products, but the other products were those sort of "hard / stiff" case, which did NOT work at all. Other products, I was able to still lock / unlock the car by pressing the button through the pouch from standing about 5 meters away - utter rubbish. However this pouch is a softer material, like a soft fabric and it REALLY does the job! I've tried it near & far & inside the car, the moment you put your key fob in, it 100% blocks out the signal. I have no concerns now parking the car outside, since I have placed BOTH my key fobs in the pouch and am very confident it would deter any relax attacks. Highly recommend!

It works. I used it for my car fob and when it's in the pouch and the cover to the punch folded over and tucked into place as the instructions say, I cannot open the car door. So far so good after using it for a few days.

Just received hubby's bags yesterday. He has a rather large fob and doesn't like rigid bags. The fob fit in this bag and it could close under the elastic strap. He likes this as well as the fact he can put it in his pocket. I tested the bag when it came in and I could not unlock the door at the button. Win. I took the fob out, unlocked the door, put the fob back in the bag and closed it. I tried to start the car and it said "Key not detected". Double win. Having tried one I bought at a local store and took back, Mission Darkness bags are far superior.
