I purchased this battery in late October of 2016 as a replacement for my fading factory issued HP PI06 battery which had come with my computer when I purchased it 4 years ago. At first this battery solved all of my problems, lasting 3 to 4 hours on a charge. However now, only 3 months later, the SIKER battery is holding no charge whatsoever, as I found our the hard way when I went to move my computer (which had indicated a 100% battery charge) and unplugged it, only for it to immediately turn off as if there were no battery present at all. Luckily I had saved all my work. Now I receive 'Battery Critically Low' messages every time I boot up my computer, and the SIKER battery continues to hold zero charge.Would have been nice for it to have lasted longer than 3 months...

So far, cross fingers, it has performed without criticism. But I haven't had it long enough to see what life it has in practice.

This is an excellent replacement battery for my H P laptop.I have left the review of the battery for three months to see how it performed.The first charge failed after 50 mins.Since then it has given excellent service,holding its charge well.Good value for the price, compared with the price an H P replacement would cost.

This battery was a great replacement for the first 2 months. I purchased it in July 2017. The battery life went down dramatically to the point where it lasts less than 1 hour when fully charged and has been like this since November 2017. If you only need a battery for a few months, I'd recommend it. If you'd like something longer-lasting, I'd recommend going for a different battery.

It works and fits my HP Envy laptop fine, however it doesn't hold too much charge - maybe an hour of good usage at most. Better than my completely dead battery though, and HP do not supply official replacements though so looks like it will have to do.UPDATE: I was sent a new battery for free which also works similarly so when the first one runs out, I can use the second battery now.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. After two months I purchased this battery it has already gone useless. For the first month it was ok and it kept my laptop alive for 1 or 2 hours (depending on the usage of the laptop). After the first month the performance decreased dramatically to the point that I have to keep the laptop plugged in the whole time, otherwise there's the risk it can peter out at any time. A total waste of money
