I was writing with a pen just a few weeks ago & I had a little trouble spelling the word ‘Business’ I got it after a few moments but it’s a straightforward English word from the language of which I’m fluent! So shock horror when for the life of me I was again writing & I just couldn’t spell ‘Unnecessary’ honestly if my life depended on it I wouldn’t be typing this out now! So I’ve got a large bulky dictionary but I thought of one these smaller ones & I came on Amazon in my time of need, I was really worried & I know that the problem is & it’s blatantly modern technology mainly the mobile phone & with my phone if I actually type out the full word for some reason when I look back upon what I’ve typed it’s gibberish, it makes no literal sense, none at all so I started pressing the prepared words, the assumed / predicted words & it’s just messed with my ability to spell, it’s badly messed with my ability to spell (!) I’ve basically became the generation that I abhor in terms of laziness. Anyway I got the dictionary & the Thesaurus along with the copy of them both together as a joke for my mother who’s spelling has been abysmal way before the “Smart” phone came along. It’s a great fascinating read anyway the dictionary but if you feel yourself leaning on technology more & more on what ‘should be’ simple second nature things like writing & knowledge go back to basics & well this is re-humanising me slowly.

reliable dictionary, if the character size can be a little bit bigger will be even better

I bought this for my son for School. It’s small and fits into his school bag well.

Very useful

J'ai du acheter ce mini dictionnaire pour le BTS informatique de mon fils,. C'est sur Amazon que ce dico est le moins cher (40% de moins qu'ailleurs), et la livraison est efficace et gratuite. Franchement pas la peine de payer plus cher un truc qui ne servira que 2 ou 3 fois. Je pensais le livre plus gros mais en fait il est trés compact. Il fait moins de 200 g et tient entièrement dans une main. Il y a énormément de mots, du coup c'est écrit tout petit. Mais pas de problème pour les étudiants qui ont de bons yeux. Il y a plusieurs définitions pour chaque mots, des phrases de contexte, les déclinaisons pour les verbes, leur forme grammaticale, leur correspondant adjectif...etc. Il y a aussi une partie phonétique pour la prononciation. Bref il est trés complet. Franchement pour 6 € il serait ridicule de s'en passer si cela aide à obtenir son examen. O dicionário é pequeno mas o tamanho da fonte não atrapalha. É fácil encontrar as palavras, tem as instruções da pronúncia correta e dá pra levar para qualquer lugar sem nenhum incômodo. Cool liked !!!

Small tiny dictionary. Language suitable for primary school kids. Words maybe too small for some. But overall good and handy
