The Scotch Magic Invisible Tape is a staple in my home office. It lives up to its name — once applied, it blends seamlessly onto paper, making it perfect for document repair. The tape is easy to cut and unrolls smoothly without splitting, which saves time and frustration. I also appreciate that it can be written on with a pen or pencil, which makes it great for quick labeling tasks. The adhesion is strong enough for general use but gentle enough not to tear paper when removed. My only gripe is that the roll size isn’t huge, so if you use it frequently, you might find yourself needing refills sooner than expected. Overall, a reliable choice for everyday needs.

My preferred sticky tape for my usage on notes, documents and some lightweight gift wrapping. Expensive to buy on the high street but priced more favourably on Amazon. I waited for a 50% price drop and then it was a no-brainer.The main point of this tape is its lack of appearance once applied, its invisibility which is why it is 'magic'If you expect a more traditional tape usage for strength then don't use this magic tape. Different people want different things from a tape and this Magic tape has quite a unique combination properties that are quite different to more common types of tape and so may not suit everyone's specific application.It has a matt finish and can be written over easily. It becomes pretty much invisible when applied and smoothed on to paper. You can tape over existing text/writing or figures and it is still visible and scan/copyable.The adhesive used is a kind similar to that used on PostiT notes so it can also be removed and repositioned many times without damaging the underlying surface. This feature therefore comes at the expense of permanent fixing so if you want to tape something down and discourage removal then use a different tape. Do not use it to seal packages for posting as the tape can easily be removed leaving no obvious signs of any tampering. so beware. (Remember the first erasable ink pens and the warnings about not using them on cheques?).Magic tape mechanical strength properties are not like other normal tapes it is relatively easy tear once 'nicked' and not resilient to frequent bending so if you want a tape for reinforcing a fold against repeated bending and tearing forces then use a different tape. If you want to wrap a heavy, oddly shaped gift (e.g. unboxed shape with large voids under the paper) then use a different tape. Regular boxed, books and rectangular gifts are just fine and the tape vanishes leaving only the gift wrap pattern. ** However the matt tape is visible if the wrapping paper has a metallic or glossy finish **.I would say the unusual tear properties also means a tape dispenser with a metal tooth blade is absolutely necessary as otherwise finding the start edge will be very tricky and frustrating as the polymer used is prone to shredding into useless fragments. It is a brittle polymer which means it is extremely sensitive to any kind of split or defect: any crack tip will quickly travel through the tape. But if you get a clean cut without nicks or defects then tape is strong enough for its purpose.So a lot of review words for a sticky tape but its a great tape as long as you understand what it is intended for.

Great for wrapping presents - sticks to every paper I've tried so far and stays put. I know it's slightly more expensive than others, but doesn't fold back on itself and is really worth it.

Okay, so maybe I don't tackle heavy-duty DIY projects, but for a chronic envelope sealer and occasional glitter enthusiast, this 3-pack of Scotch Magic Tape is a total win. It sticks like... well, magic! No annoying residue, super clear, and tears perfectly every time.The smaller size is great for my tiny desk drawer, and having three rolls means I won't be hunting for tape in a panic anytime soon. It's a bit pricier than the generic stuff, but the quality and convenience (hello, Prime delivery!) definitely make it worth it for me.

I have a tape dispenser and I recommend you use one. This tape is perfect and I have never had problems with it. I like that it’s almost invisible.

I find this tape very useful for repairing book pages which have come adrift as it is almost invisible. Ideally use with the cutter that one roll comes with. Then three roll refills are cost effective.

Es hält richtig stark, lässt sich super von der Rolle lösen, lässt sich super anbringen. Ich habe es erst zum reparieren eines Buches genommen. Hier hätte ich mir das Klebeband noch transparenter gewünscht, aber das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau. Insgesamt ein super gut klebendes Band.

Dice 33 metros y es lo que quiero, estoy harto de comprar de pocos metros y que terminen agotandose enseguida, aunque sean baratos no merece la pena. Este es de buena calidad y grosor. Muy satisfecho. Ideal para fundas de plástico o superficies donde no deja restos, con un celo de quita y pon, que con el paso de los años esta como el primer día sin dejar restos de pegamento en las superficies.

Je n'achète que ce scotch car je le trouve parfait. Je l'achète depuis de nombreuses années et la qualité reste la même, excellente.Le scotch est quasiment transparent, c'est très bien ! Je m'en sers pour coller des étiquettes, assurer une meilleure fermeture des enveloppes qui collent mal, je m'en sers sur divers supports.Il colle très bien, se déroule parfaitement et se coupe très facilement à la main.C'est mon scotch préféré et je ne suis pas près d'en changer.Il est vendu ici dans un lot de 3 rouleaux.
