I was skeptical that this would work, but tried them out after a recommendation from a friend. I was getting very painful elbows - real joint type pain. Bench press and dips in particular were the worst. These bands are fitted tightly to the arm a just above the elbow joint (basically where it hurts). With in a week, most of the pain had gone and I could get back to training. I now keep them on for any arm specific exercise.

Having strained my forearm I bought these after the reviews received. Doing a physical role I didn’t expect full pain relief but they have allowed some relief and given me more power to continue with my role. Definitely good value for money and they come with extra straps to suit individual muscular build.

They had the most positive reviews and there were two in a pack with two different sized straps.Didn’t think these were working to start with, boy was I wrong!They 100% work with relieving the pain with my tennis elbow - such a welcome relief.If I don’t wear it for a day I definitely know about it the following day - don’t be fooled into thinking you don’t need to wear it as the problem feels better. Keep on wearing it to aid healing.The brace is comfortable, it doesn’t take long to get accustomed to it either.I’d 100% recommend these braces for tennis elbow.If you’re suffering, get these. You won’t regret it.

Brace is made of good material and stay in place.However, I which the velcros were stronger as they will not last long

I started to suffer golf elbow 20-odd years ago after playing and practicing a lot in a short period. I have tried different straps, but this one works very well to protect my elbow. The blue pad you can see in the images has to be positioned correctly; the instructions give guidance.I wear the strap every time I play or practice and have no longer suffer any pain when I strike a golf ball.
