Even though this product did not arrive on time, I was happy to wait for it. As a 'home-waxer', I like to keep my waxing equipment in tip top condition. This is the only product which works first time and every time without the heavy drudge. Will continue to buy this brand.

Actually received Hive wax equipment cleaner. I bought a 2nd hand wax heater for practicing and there was residue left from previous owner. Tried all sorts and this is amazing. Still heat the machine as that helps remove the unwanted wax. But my machine has come up beautiful now. Highly recommend.

It is ok as i was trying quite hard to remove the wax from the equipment. In general, satisfied!

It is a huge bottle and you only need a little bit of the product to remove wax from a huge wax pot. I use MyLee and I didn’t purchase their equipment cleaner. This was so much better and cheaper too. This works with normal wax and hard wax like this ones with beads.

Sent through the post got the parcel and the packaging was soaked In the product and the bottle was damaged so it was still leaking after had to bin it won’t buy again as it’s not the first time this had happened.

Very happy. I had an accident with a wax pot which tipped over making a mess on the carpet. I poured the whole bottle into the spill (wax had dried hard in the carpet by then). Initially, I didn’t think it would work, but then I used a damp cloth to pad the area with a bucket. It took a while, but this removed the wax. And I got my deposit back when I moved out! Recommend.

I accidentally completely soaked my inbuilt microwave with hot wax - even the pot melted! I was very dubious about whether this product would work but thought I'd give it a go before replacing the microwave. It did work! I needed some wire pads and a filler knife chisel but the microwave is now spotless and wax free.

Works well when it comes to cleaning my personal wax spot. Had purchased a wax pot and for a long time i had not been able to remove the wax stains. this was quick and easy. just needed a bit more time and areas i had left for long and were quite bad :) Delivered in good time
