Caig DeOxit D5 Contact Cleaner Spray (142g)

This is a great spray to use on electrical items. Its especially good on radio and audio equipment, just a little squirt gets rid of crackles on volume controls and noisy switches. It’s much better for this than WD40. It’s expensive but I was highly impressed with the results.

havent tested it yet, alot smaller than i was expecting, can is maybe 500 ml? maybe less! kinda pricey too, but it is a well known brand and got it cos the wd40 stuff just dont cut it!

Well I’ve had different brands over the years…this one is the best for cleaning guitar pots…by a long way.

Purchased this to clean a marine fuse box as it clearly states 'removes corrosion'. Applied as directed and found that it made absolutely no difference to the blue/green battery corrosion. Good money wasted.

I bought it because my electric windows and central locking in my 30 year old car had stopped working. I sprayed this stuff into the A pillar where the wires form a number of junctions and hey presto everything is working againThen I sprayed some into the scratchy pots on my vintage Gibson guitar and … Shazam… no more scratchy noisesEffectiveness:fantastic

Wow.what can I say as a ex musician and electronics repairer .this is by far the best cleaner I have had for a long long time I've been repairing a 70/s 80/s akai reel to reel for a while ..cured !! Well done
