I recently purchased the Russel Hobbs microwave and it has not failed to impress! This microwave is an excellent kitchen appliance the combines style and efficiency. A microwave which simply does the job simply, looks good on the kitchen worktop, for most uses, there's a simple push button in 30 sec intervals which with the clear red timer it counts down, 2 and a half minutes, heats the water in my pint mug for a nice cuppa

This microwave ticks all the boxes, as it is easy to operate and does a good job. Would recommend it as good value for money.

Nice to look at works well.

I read reviews on lots of microwave ovens, as we needed one to colour match with our newly installed kitchen, we plumped for white.The unit arrived promptly and on unpackaging it, I was immediately impressed with its appearance, a very attractive item and matches perfectly in the kitchen.I read through the detailed paper manual included and tested all the functions, which were very easy to understand and use.I have only used the oven 2 or 3 times to reheat food, which worked excellently.I look forward to cooking more with it and utilising all the functions, which included a timer, so it can start to cook while you're out.All in all, a lovely looking item, easy to use and great value for money and I would recommend it.

Style - 10/10Functionality - 7/10Condensation - 9/10Noise - 9/10Initial impressions of this microwave are excellent - it's certainly very stylish and looks great in the kitchen. The sleek,reflective front door is a great contrast to the bright red of the casing.It's also doing a good job heating the food; so far I've not noticed any issues and food is always piping hot throughout.My one minor gripe is that the buttons are not particularly useful; for example to simply set the timer requires turning the knob to the left which seems quite counter-intuitive to me. You have to turn it left and the timer will stand at 95:00 (i.e 95 minutes of cooking time) before you then turn to the right as with any other microwave to take it back 'up' to 0:00 and start adding cooking time in the normal way. If you begin by turning to the right it takes you straight into the weight settings which I barely use most of the time.So far no issues with condensation and I've heated open liquids in there.Noise level is quite low; I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the microwave is when rotating. It beeps in the standard way when the timer hits zero as with any other microwave.I'll be curious to see whether it stands the test of time, but for now at least everything is working perfectly.

Like the appearance and the size. The right size for my kitchen. Easy to program. My old one (another Russell hobbs) had become rusty inside. Hence, it was time for a replacement. A good reliable make.
