It is lovely - you only have to use the most tiny amount - it takes a couple of seconds longer than normal shampoo to create foam and then there is plenty. The most amazing thing is that it keeps my hair clean for a long time. I used to wash my hair every two to three days but with this shampoo I can go a whole week and even then I just wash it because I think I ought to rather than because it feels greasy or dirty.
