Great product to get silky soft, manageable hair.

I've been faithfully using Davines Naturaltech Vegetarian Miracle Conditioner for the past 8 years and am therefore very familiar with the product. I never use anything else because it is that good. So during the coronavirus lockdown when my usual hairdresser was closed, I was delighted to find it here online and in a much better value large salon size bottle. However, once I opened the bottle and used it, I realised straight away that this bottle simply does not contain the same product I've been using the past 8 years. The contents in this bottle are gloopy and runny and does not have the same smell. Usually when you buy this from an authorised hairdressers, it only comes in a 250ml size tub and if you're lucky it comes with a small wooden spatula because it is very thick. Thick enough to be scooped with a spatula. It is NOT at all gloopy or runny, in fact you can turn the tub upside down and it won't run. I tried to give this the benefit of the doubt and used it for 1 week. But I am convinced that the contents of this bottle are either not the same conditioner or it has been heavily diluted with some other chemical. When I used it, it made my hair feel coarse and like straw from some very harsh chemical that it contains. Once my hairdressers reopened, I went back to purchase another Natural Tech Veg Miracle conditioner to compare. This product most definitely does not contain the same conditioner. I absolutely do not recommend purchasing it at all. You will not be getting the product that comes from the real manufacturer. I have therefore sent this back for a full refund.

Gutes Produkt, haben wir schon öfters bestellt, sonst war immer alles gut, nur leider war diesmal der Verschluss beim Transport kaputt gegangen und ein Teil des Produktes ausgelaufen....dafür dann doch leider ein wenig teuer .....

Produit très efficace. Rend les cheveux très soyeux et en plus ça sent super bon :) Excellent produit pour les personnes avec problème du cuir chevelu (démangeaison, plaque, ...).
