Is this the one which comes with pins/pegs so it can be secured in a grassy area?

All I can say is that our one did not come with any pegs, but that is not a problem as we just use tent pegs 6reqd. and place them in the form of an X over each leg

does this item really rust?

No it does not it is very sturdy and holds at lot of items
